The room/suite was really nice— my only thing I would say is an area of improvement would be the thermostat— the room only became cool when I turned the fan on, instead of auto, & then ran but the temperature never felt consistent— would be clammy then cool, too cool, then back to clammy, etc

I had a great stay. Sierra at the front desk was so courteous and helpful. I checked in late, she was friendly, gave us recommendations, answered all our questions and was very accommodating. Having her at check in made the difference.

Quite area yet close driving distance to everything. Has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and a two burner cook top Only one small elevator that not that big a deal The continental breakfast on a Saturday morning was just okay. The good.....Fruit, yugorts, cereals, coffe, juice and a few pastries. Hot options where boilded eggs, one kind of premade sandwich and sugar coated waffles, which were tooooo sweet almost like eating just sugar. Apparently menu differs with each day of the week, so maybe anither day is better. Nice but not too big pool and gym. Would definitely stay here again.

Great except for one thing.
Everything was great except for the fact that we were on the first floor and could hear the steps from the people staying above us. Whoever was above us was up at 5:30am and we could hear all of it, especially when the AC unit was off. Next time I will request a top floor unit.

Great hotel
The hotel was amazing and the staff was awesome. The only complaint I have is the breakfast they're still practicing covid protocol so everything is wrapped up in plastic and ready to go not fresh.

Good Afternoon, I am so glad to hear about the amazing hotel and amazing staff experience you had. We are very sorry to learn that you did not enjoy the provided breakfast. The new Marriott Residence Inn breakfast standards are being followed at our property which include items like pre packaged sandwiches, burrito's, scones, cereal, yogurt etc. The scones are the only item individually packed by staff as they come to us not proofed and need to be baked on property to ensure freshness. We hope you'll consider staying with us again. :)

Wonderful rooms, poor breakfast
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the overall layout of the room. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the streaming services at night. The only disappointment was the breakfast. Packaged muffins and sandwiches, no hot pancakes, French toast or eggs. We had to get breakfast somewhere else even though it was included with our stay.

The staff at this location went above and beyond for my family and I. Specifically Deion. He was so helpful. He is the type of employee everyone should have. The room was clean, open and had enough amenities for us. The location is close to 75 and restaurants. There is a Starbucks right through the parking lot. I would definitely stay here again.

Unprofessional and Rude
We never actually stayed at the hotel because although we confirmed our reservation the day before, the hotel overbooked and when we arrived we were told our reservation had been canceled and to call hotels.com. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful and had no compassion for our family that now had nowhere to stay in Tampa. We asked to speak with a manager and were told there was no one there except her.

They thought of everything ... I wanted for nothing. Was able to work, walk, swim, cook, eat out, and sleep well. Very comfortable. Very clean. Would recommend for any extended stay when you wish the conveniences of "home".
