Terrible Hotel, Bad Service, Terrible SmellPosted Sep 12, 2013
Pros: Nothing at all. If we weren't in a bind, we would have left and not stay there.
Cons: The terrible sewerage smell and housekeeping to empty trash and give fresh towels.
Location: We enjoyed the shopping stores that was close by, but to be honest we stayed in the stores longer cause we could stand the smell of your hotel.
Well, to begin with when my Mother and I walked in to check in the front desk clerk stood there and opened her mouth as wide as it would go to yawn, didn't cover it are anything and just looked at us. I had to say yes we are checking in. The smell just about made me sick, I asked what is that awful smell was, she just said I don't know. It smelled like sewerage. We stayed two nights and no one even came in and took our dirty towels are emptied our trash and replaced the towels with fresh ones. My mother and I made our beds we just thought we would get fresh towels and trash emptied, but apparently you don't have housekeeping. I had to ask for some clean towels at the desk I told her how many I wanted and had to go back and get what I had asked for as she only wanted to give me a few. I went and asked for two bottles of water and couldn't believe she charged me for them with having no service at all.

Pros: The friendliness of the staff.
Location: Right off I75, not far from Tampa Airport, near Tarpon Springs, about an hour from Orlando. Right across from Dicks Outdoor shop.
Hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Stayed at Rodeway before always had a good experience this hotel was the same. It was the was the helpfulness of the night desk clerk that made a difference, she went out of her way to help me print out boarding passes for my flight.

I asked for two room changes because of the smelling, but soon I realized it was all throughout the inn...

For the price, kind of what was expected.Posted Jul 1, 2013
Pros: Mini-Fridge and Microwave.
Cons: Coffee Pot & an Iron in the room, and maybe update their TVs.
Location: Two restaurants right next door, and shopping right down the road.
When you pick one of the cheapest hotels in the area, you usually get one of the cheapest experiences. Doesn't always pay to try and save a couple of dollars. Not used to a hotel room with no coffee pot or iron, and if you want hot water, you need to get it between 6am and 9am.
