Sailport Waterfront Suites

We really enjoyed our stay the only issue is they only do one major cleaning a week.

Hotel smelled terrible , black mold in bathroom Didn't have sheet for pull out bed and mattress was dirty staff took very long to get them had to request twice second request the said they were having trouble with staff member police were there twice The had a list of thing that were suppose to be in room that was not had to take of missing item to office but if I would not have opened that I would have been charged for items I bought a box of soap they charged 3.75 which at a laundry mat the charge 75 cent for big rip off Terrible hotel showed beautiful sand area was not the were bring sand in the day I was leaving..

Me and My ffamily loved our stay. We had a 2bdrm renovated top floor suite. The view was awesome. The only complaint I would have would be the sewer smell coming from the ocean....but the hotel couldn't have done anything to fix that. Overall it was a very pleasnt stay

If you don't have a car DON'T stay here!! It's very secluded and quiet hotel which is nice but very hard to get around if you don't have a car. This is a reasonably priced hotel that is very clean and close to the airport! The small beach area allows for pretty views, the pool is nice along with the sunset deck that allows you to watch the gorgeous sunset. The staff overall was ok but I hope you all get the privilege to meet Jerry! He is hands down amazing and extremely helpful!! He ended up helping us arrange a day in Clearwater. He helped us get to the perfect area and helped us find a great source of transportation. We are planning another family vacation this time to the Clearwater area vs Tampa. We will more than likely try to stay here again but will make sure to rent a car :)

I was very pleased to see maintenance picking up the grounds every day. They were very prompt to start clean up after TS Andrea came through. The view overlooking the Bay was great.

I always have a great time at Sailport. Every time I come to this hotel I am always surprised by the way the rooms are upgraded. However, the furniture was nice but my step daughter had an uncomfortable experience on the pull out couch. The mattress was very springy with nit a lot of quilting between the springs. Otherwise, the hotel is great.

We had a great, there is something for everybody.The hotel needs to invest money into a new elevator system they are too slow and were broken for 48 hours during our stay.But all in all it was a great place to stay with beautiful views and was quiet and peaceful.

My had a great view of the bay, and look forward to my next stay there

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very clean. The view of the Bay off of my rooms balcony was fantastic and It is close to restaurants, and shopping malls If I ever visit Tampa, FL again I will definitely stay a the Sailport Waterfront Suites. Give it a try, I think you will be pleasantly surprise.
