Very expensive, I will never go again!Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: The hotel was clean and the securit going up yo the room was good.
Cons: There website should let people know that the robe you pay for if you take it, there is no guitar experience in your room . tell the truth .
Location: The location is fine, we didn't do anything else, was too disappointed with casino.
when I booked this, I was so excited. Hotel amenities said complementary robe, guitar experience in room. I paid almost $300 for one night, and the complementary robe they sposedly give you cost you $75 if you take it. And what about the guitar experience they promised you, none. I also didn't like them coming in my room after they already did the cleaning to put a robe on my bed which I didn't want since it was so expense, plus they filled out a room service menu and selected breakfast items that I didn't want. I wasn't happy about no privacy. Also I thought the payoffs at the casino was very bad, I have been to many casinos this one was real bad, this wasn't worth the trip!

Its nice to be able to stay overnight at the hotelPosted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: The convenient and the location, most important
Location: Right inside the Hard Rock Casino, the best location.
An enjoyable stay, nice to be able to stay overnight within the Hard Rock Casino and not to be driving to another place.

So so experiencePosted Jun 30, 2015
Cons: communications, glasses were in the bottom of a dresser drawer, the bathroom floor was sticky, the newspaper there was a month old, etc
We arrived 45 minutes late, to be told our room wasn't ready, and it would be a half hour to an hour, so my husband complained it and they switched our room from the original king room to a queen room. The bathroom floor was sticky.

I was disappointed with the rooms, view bathroom set up and had a broken thermostat where we froze the first night. They did give me a $112 off, but $300-400 a night was way too much for the room we had. No breakfast place except for a buffet or a sandwich.

Bright and clean.Posted Jun 21, 2015
This was our first visit and we absolutely enjoyed our selves. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. The casino areas were very nice. Though it's a smoking casino you really didn't notice the cigarette smoke/smell. We will definitely be back.

DissapointingPosted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: nice room, comfy bed
Cons: Smoke, umbrellas at pool and nicer staff
Location: Berns steakhouse, U le le restaurant and ybor city
The second we walked into the lobby we were slammed with the smell of cigarette smoke. I understand it's a casino but the only place we could escape was our room. We were having a birthday get together and we made a basket of goodies for our friend. A really rude security guard came up to us and demanded every detail of our evening. He was way too abrasive and refused to give us a reason why he needed to know and was frankly, thuggish! Finally, his superior must have decided to get involved and he politely explained he needed to make sure we weren't doing a promotion of some sort. But they clearly need training on staff etiquette or fire the other guy!! The pool was fine EXCEPT they only had shade for only about 20 people, not nearly enough umbrellas and even had two that were broken. They only had 2 girls working out there so there was trash blowing around that they couldn't get to quickly enough. Even the girl in valet booth was annoyed by my husband wanting our car. The staff overall weren't very happy. Upon check out - double check your bill - they automatically charge you for the entire contents of your mini bar. Luckily, I took pictures of contents before I left and we never got any housekeeping service to "refill". Overall - way to expensive for what we got! I guess they are jacking up the prices to get a higher class of patrons but it's clearly not working. A good place to start would be staffing! I don't think any of our party will ever be back to this property.

NicePosted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: Casino and atmosphere
Cons: Some of the rooms
Location: Everglades Tampa downtown Busch Gardens
Hotel was alright but no opening window or balcony in room. The Hard rock in Miami has opening windows and doors onto balconies.
