Pros: The courtyard and the room.
Hotel set up was very nice. Having a courtyard, you forget your in the city. The only problem i had, is they had road construction on the rear highway, and I heard it all night.

Dear Tony, I am glad you enjoyed our hotel but not glad to hear the highway noise disturbed your sleep. Should travel bring you back to Tampa, please request a suite on the quieter, north side of the hotel. Thank you for your feedback.

Pros: The bed was nice
Cons: make sure everything works!
Checked in and when got to the room the phone in the bedroom didn't work. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. Engineering had to fix both. I went for ice and found the ice machines on floors 4 and 5 were both broken. I was on floor 5 and had to got to floor three to get any ice.

Pros: Everything! I like the fact if you drive somewhere at night, and come back to find no parking available there is a spill-over parking garage next door
Cons: The only thing I would say is if you are booking a hotel from Expedia, double check the mileage between hotel, and wherever it is you are going.
Location: Charley's Steakhouse is within walking distance to the hotel. Hotel is 3-4 miles to SoHo district.
Great experience! Had no problem finding the hotel. The outside design is attractive. Check-in was a breeze, and finding good parking was easy. The pictures, which show the inside lobby area, and main part of the hotel are very accurate, and just as nice if not nicer in person. Room was nice, and clean. Love the fact, that the room had a bedroom with a door that could be shut, and in addition a nice size room with a pull out sofa bed, coffee table, refrigerator, microwave, TV, and large desk. If someone wants to sleep they can go into the bedroom, shut the door, and have privacy while someone else can be in the other room watching TV, or do work if they need to. Both bedroom, and other room have a TV. Charley's Steakhouse, is located next door, which is nice if you want a good steak. Ordered "Breakfast in Bed." Order has to be placed on outside door by 2am. Breakfast arrived approximately 15 minutes later than requested. However, the staff was very apologetic, and the wait was well worth it, because the omelettes were delicious! Still had enough time to eat, and to make the 12:00 check-out.

Pros: Leaving was the best part

Location: Charlies Steak House (one of the best in the Country)
This hotel was junk - the experience was bad from the check-in to the check-out. The air conditioning would not turn off nor would the heat come on. The pictures I'm posting which I have NEVER done are of what I believe to be mold. I didn't take any pictures of the rust in the bathroom put it was there. The room number was 405 and I am a Starwood Gold Member which I am thinking about giving up after this because clearly there is no quality control or minimum standard

Wonderful place to stay.

Location: Close to the airport and they provided a free shuttle. Lots of places to eat near by.
Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. Shuttle driver recommended a restaurant, drove us there and then came back and picked us up. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was convenient and easy. Best experience of our trip. Highly recommend it.

wasn't vacuumed, but too tired to complain. Came back 2nd night and my toilet was clogged. Hmmm. I hadn't used it since the prior day when it flushed just fine. Needs a full paint job in the rooms and some new carpeting. Common areas are pretty, but rooms are not good

Very Comfortable & Nice

We moved to this hotel after realizing the hotel previously selected was not spacious enough. This is a Suite hotel, so there is a door between the sleeping area and the living room, which provided privacy and quiet for those who wanted to sleep. Rooms were clean, lobby was beautiful and personnel was attentive and friendly. The only thing I would have wanted was to have free Wi-Fi, but the business center in the lobby was available with plenty of computers.

Nice stay over all

Dined at the restaurant, very decent for the price. Room was older, but had most all amenities you would need. Bathroom could be much bigger given the size of the living room that has unused space. Pillows were way too soft and uncomfortable, however the bed was just fine. Ordered room service which was right on time but did not get the right drink order and food was ok. Gave a tip without realizing gratuity AND a delivery fee already included in price. Probably won't order that next time. Overall nice.

Pros: Lobby and room. Check-in clerk.
Cons: No charge for in-room internet, and move smokers away from doorway. I had to leave early for a flight, so complementary breakfast was not ready yet.
Location: Sad to say, this hotel was located in a industrial park and other than the airport, nothing was near-by to do!
Room was a very pleasant surprise. Traveling on the road a lot, one never knows what to expect. The lobby in this hotel was the best I have seen. Had lunch in the resturant and felt like I was at a resort!
