Room was clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well above most work great selection and I don’t think a single crumb sat on a table for more than a minute. Super attentive staff. One of the elevators were out and it’s a little dated but really well kept.

The staff here were amazing - joyful and funny and helpful. The hotel itself was convenient to the airport and had a decent pool and clean rooms.

Overall, very good. The 1 king bed plus sofa bed was a nice size room and comfortable for 3 people. Breakfast was pretty good. The nearby mall and restaurants was convenient and the hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes from Tampa Riverwalk.

Property is dated for a Springhill. My previous experience with Springhill’s were newer so I was a little disappointed with lack of updating. However the hotel is well situated and close to the airport as well as good location for restaurants but I would not say walkable. Hotel is quiet and breakfast is good. Hotel is clean and easy to park and pool and hot tub are nice. Front desk staff are amazing and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Aside from it being dated it was relative to cost of stay. I would stay again.

The lady who checked us in was super helpful and let my whole family check in before check-in time which was helpful since we were exhausted from our cruise

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and informative! The room provided all that was needed, except the thermostat was not responding correctly. The room temperature was freezing and would not respond to raising the temperature. I would consider booking another reservation.

We truly had an amazing stay and this super comfortable, convenient, clean and friendly hotel. The staff was amazing, and the convenience of the free airport shuttle plus really decent breakfast included was a no brainer. Not to mention the spacious and comfortable suite. Also, plenty of great places to eat and shot within walking distance. Like any 3 star hotel, it's not luxury and some things in the rooms are a little outdated, but it's kept up really well and everything else makes up for it. Great value and convenience all around.
