My family loved the hotel. Close to everything. The kitchen girls get 5 stars!!! They were awesome. Looked forward to breakfast every morning. The only reason I did not give 5 stars to rhe hotel was two issues.
1) The TV had 4 white spots on the screen that
did not allow to view the TV.
2) The air-conditioner constantly turned on and
off making an annoying sound. Hard to sleep
with that noise.

Convenient location to lots of places. Nice clean lobby. Nice staff. Beds were okay, not the most comfortable. Had trouble getting enough hot water for showers for three people. Needed pullout but when we pulled it out, it did not seem clean enough to use.
The room was dirty and there was roaches. The double bed rooms the beds are small. Breakfast was decent. And staff was really nice.

I’ve stayed at other Marriott hotels before and this was by far the most disappointing - facilities were less than acceptable. The friendliness and exceptional service was not enough to make us want to visit this location again.

My reservation was for a King Size Bed. When I checked in, they mentioned they were overbooked and only had a room with Two Double Beds. The room also had a smoky odor to it.

This property does not look like the pictures. We decided on this one because Expedia called it excellent. The room was out dated. Sofa had rips and holes, bathroom had rust and needed a serious upgrade. Apparently the cleaning lady is done by 1pm so she will not come back to clean your room. It wasn’t terrible but it def wasn’t a excellent more like fair.

The stay was fine but the morning we left and had breakfast is when it started. I have never wore shoes to get breakfast at any hotel we have stayed at let alone had the worker grab my arm and tell me she could get fired because I didn’t have shoes on but she would allow me to eat this time. Also I noticed she asked certain people their room number before allowing them to eat but didn’t ask us. The apple juice was empty and I told her and her response was maybe I should put you on payroll. I would stay here again but next time go to breakfast.

*9:20 am I get a knock on the door, followed by an attempt to open the door* It was the cleaning lady. She had a piece of paper in her hand. I asked if I could help her, she hurried away from my room. Check-out is at 12. Why are you waking up my child at 9:20 am????

Enjoyed our stay at the Springhill Suite in Tampa very much. The hotel was very clean, the staff did a wonderful job, the breakfast was delicious. I would greatly recommend this hotel.

Room was big and clean. My only issue was the hair dryer was dirty. It had some kind of sticky film on it. Might need to check those if your staying for an extended time. Was only there one night so didn’t address it with the staff. Overall a nice, clean hotel.

I really appreciate the staff accommodating our family for an extra hour of rest.
Major problem with this hotel is the hot water. I felt like i was taking a cold shower and it bothered my husband much more. We had two other rooms and it was the same issue.
If that was fixed, we would come back.

There was a silverfish in the bathtub but overall clean room and breakfast was ok. Waffles were soggy but the front desk guy that checked us in at night was efficient and helpful. Buffet attendant was good too.
