Terrible hotel close to busch gardensPosted Jan 28, 2015
The ONLY good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the park, and there's a taco bell in the parking lot. Room was nasty, floors were hollow and noisy, a/c was not so great, and had to throw a roach of of my head after it fell from the headboard!!!

Location: Busch Gardens and airport
The remote did not work and the plumbing was not clean or working too well. It was just an overnight stay so it was ok.

Horrible stayPosted Jan 20, 2015
Staff were disrespectful and unpleasant. Spoke to several clerks abt a maintenance request for the appliances in the room and none were put in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The manager is always unavailable and clerk(s) don't know know how to diffuse the situation without a manager.

Don't stay here!!Posted Jan 19, 2015
Manager was friendly but room was filthy and disgusting. The rooms were dirty and outdated with old tube tv's, stains on curtains and floors and broken ac/heating units. We had to switch rooms a couple times due to different issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here!!!

Find a different place to stayPosted Jan 17, 2015
Numerous issues with the room conditions. Cleanliness of the bed main issue; nothing like finding a hair weave in plain sight between headboard and mattress. Also very poor air conditioning for a hotel in a warm weather climate like Florida. Highly recommend looking at other hotels in the area if you're looking for a clean place to stay; seemed to be like the place for locals to come find a place to have "fun" for the night.

Close to Bush Gardens!Posted Jan 5, 2015
I recomended to stay there, neighborhood Is a little scary, but if you have a car that's fine, don't recomended walk on the streets, not too close from the beaches about 40 min.. Bunch of fast food around. The room was clean, sink and A/c didn't work very well, but staff are very friendly.

The place needs to be gutted !!!Posted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: absolutely nothing
Cons: the place needs to be gutted !!!
Location: University of South Florida, Adventure Island, Busch Gardens
We were there overnight to attend USF graduation the next morning. We arrived around 11:15 PM after driving for 5 hours. It was a horrible experience.. toilet ran all night, foul smell in the room (not smoke), drain in bathtub did not work. peeling paint, rotted sheetrock, filthy carpet, and if that wasn't enough, the heater didn't work.. it was 43 degrees outside in Tampa.. We were there for one night. it was so filthy, we slept in our clothes. next morning we showered in our socks... afraid of catching germs or something. oh, the office area was filthy behind the counter. after seeing that, we should not have been surprised.
