Room was too hot. Pool should open earlier so as an adult i can swim before business and before the families with kids take over. The buffet dinner isnt enough value for 40 euros. The breakfat of course was great!

The indoor water area was great! Family room was comfortable for 4 (all adult size persons) with two beds and a sofa bed (double.) We only stayed one night, but all was as expected. Breakfast was good as well, and included. Staff was helpful too. The highlight was definitely the pool, with wave generator, two slides and a fun lazy river section, multiple hot and hotter pools and even a cold pool for dipping in after sauna. Sauna and shower area was very clean. There was an outdoor area that was not yet open for the season, but it looked fun too.

The experience was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Initiative was taken during meal times to avoid overcrowding ; thus it was easier to keep safe distance.

Family visit
Room was recently renovated and also the lobby. Some services had limited opening hours and menu because of Covid, but didn't bother us. Beautiful lake view, but a bit pricy as some parts of the Hotel still need renovation to be honest.

Poor cleaning; the room was only cleaned well after a complaint several days into our stay. Some public areas were dirty. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Poor communications; restaurant times were changed without notifying residents. Breakfast was reasonable. Leisure facilities and swimming pool were reasonable.

Good location
The hotel is quite central located near LDL and citymarket, the room was good size for 3 people but not enough place to dry the talls and swimwear. The water park is great with 3 types of sauna a few jacuzzi and 4 swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was ok, every day the same food. The overall is a good place to spend some time with family, but do not expect luxurious, the hotel has an outdated decoration in my opinion

This was a short 1 night stay while on business. Thoughts: nice pool area, fitness center is good but lacks a treadmill, breakfast was excellent, internet was slow but consistent, rooms a bit dated but comfortable.

Just like a deserted Centre Parc hotel
Very convenient location outside of Tampere, 10 minutes from Airport, I was using this hotel as a late night stay, prior to travelling south. The smell of Chlorine from the huge pool complex, greets you in the lobby, not a normal smell for a business hotel, but would be great if you were arriving with a family, anticipating a fun filled weekend. Unfortunately due to my late arrival, all bars and restaurants were closed, but the room was clean and comforatable, with a well stocked mini bar. The following morning, the huge selection at the breakfast buffet made up for lack of late night facilities. I must admit, it is a little strange to sit alone in a huge dining room, with great views into the pool area on one side, and of the lake on the other side, the packed trays of food lying waiting to be consumed, but by whom? Almost like sitting in a deserted Centre Parcs the morning after the Apocolypse. A little expensive for a quick overnight stay, but pleasant and convenient. Hope next time to see a little more life.

Hinta-laatusuhde ei ehkä ollut ihan kohdillaan, vaikkakin teimme varauksen viime tingassa ja huonehinta oli siksi korkea. Sisustus oli vähän vanhanaikainen, mutta yleisilme ok. Perheelle kivasti tekemistä ja ruuat hyviä.
