“Beautiful ocean view”

Very nice hotel but it could be closer to the main strip. It would have also been nice to have wireless Internet in all the rooms. Overall I wouldn't mind staying there again.

“not worth the price”

Food at breakfast and lunch buffet is not impressive. The condition of the hotel is not that good. Some hotel staffs did not help or respond promptly.

“Beware”

You can tell this hotel has had some damage from typhoons. The rooms still smelled of mold or dampness from the rains. The pools were beautiful, but needed cleaning and some needed repairs. The breakfast was fine, but the same items were on the menu every day. The is not free shuttle available to the airport; it is cheaper to get a taxi if your party is more than one; and taxis are not cheap on Guam. Overall I would have stayed at one of the other hotels, but they were booked.

The areas closer to a beach...along "hotel road" where the Hyatt and Hilton area located.

“Would go back”

Satisfied but the location is a far from all the action and the beach isn't that great. Loved the infinity pool and the Japanese restaurant "President". The room was clean and had the greatest view of the ocean. Would recommend to friends but next time I'd like to stay in the Tumon area.

“Good for Families not for Business”

The Hotel is reasonable standard and maintained, rooms are renovated Cleaning was not done well and no vacuum was performed while I stayed there not even in the one time I requested to clean the room. The hotel looks decent, only problem is if you want to work \on your computer while staying, the desk is very small and not comfortable for that purpose, only to read emails and mov on to other activities. Staff was very friendly, the food was mostly based on Filipino cuisine, strong flavor but good if you don't mind this style, as most of the Food and Beverage staff seems be come from there. Main disadvantage is the proximity to the activity center, but if you want a quite hotel, reasonable priced, and best pool area of all hotels you find a nice vacation in this hotel.

Area recommendations

Tumon bay is more centrally located if you want more shopping, but bus is every few minutes so not such a disadvantage, only for food variation you will find more restaurants and not rely on Hotel buffet

“A Very Good Hotel in Guam ... great place to stay in Guam”

The view was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. All in all, it is a very good hotel. The hotel grounds was quite immaculate.

Area recommendations

Tumon Bay area is the best place to stay while in Guam. Tumon Bay is close to everything and close to restaurants for dinner. Lots of other places to visit while in the area.

“nightmare in Paradise”

The first room they gave me had a terrible sewage odor in it. When I refused this room I had to wait nearly 1 hour for another room. All of this happened after arrivinf at 5:30 am, so needless to say I was exhausted, and by the way I booked and paid for a room for the night before I arrived to assure that I could check in immediately upon my arrivcal after traveling all night. Each of the morinings I was awaken by housekeeping using a vacuum in the hall outside my room (first morning at 7:24 am and second morning at a similiar time). However, they simply vacuumed around the paltes left in the hall from room service that are on their second day of sitting there. Finally this is the second day of my stay and housekeeping has still not visited my room. I will forfeit the money I paid to expedia and check out of this place in the morning and go to a hotel that has some service. I regularly travel to Guam, and would never, ever consider a night in this hotel again.Beware if you choose to stay here. I will forfeit

“Love it!”

Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hot tub on our private balcony! We were upgraded to this suite due to overbooking and could not have been more happy. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too and the staff, especially Frank at the hotel bar was the best! Kudos to him! He definitely made us feel very welcome!

Area recommendations

Pretty close to "hotel road" which has many shopping and food establishments, not to mention more beach!
