“cheaper pick near airport”

I had a good stay at FM7 Resort Hotel. Staff was helpful and spoke some English. Elegant building, decent breakfast (both Western and Indonesian) included in price. Only issue is that it's at the end of a long road that runs through a pretty crowded big-city Indonesian neighborhood -- allow time to get back to the airport, because this road is very congested.

“Very Nice Hotel”

I stayed at the FM7 Resort Hotel only for one evening, but I would highly recommend it. I found the staff to be extremely friendly. I do not speak the local Indonesian language, but all of the staff members I spoke to could speak English. I was picked up at the airport by a hotel representative that had my name clearly written on a sign. He guided me out to the waiting shuttle which took me directly to the hotel. The road that leads to the hotel does have a lot of traffic, but that was to be expected in and around the city of Jakarta. The hotel has 24 hour gated security. The hotel manager greeted me by name and welcomed me. Check in was a breeze and all of the staff was very friendly. I stayed in an Executive Plus room which was well worth the price. The room was very large, very clean, and had a nice neutral modern decor. There was also a nice selection of television channels. I did not eat in the restaurant, but the room service was quick and superb!! The only issue I had was a miscommunication in regards to the internet. There is an extra charge for internet service and I thought all rooms automatically included the service. The prices were fair, but the internet seemed to be not working while I was there. It was not a big issue for me. The pool area was very nice. I did not visit any other parts of the hotel. I would certainly stay again.

Excellent in all respects. Very large rooms, friendly staff, gym has enough equipment although the gym area has no AC. Restaurant is very good and very reasonable prices.

“AMAZING Jakarta Airport Hotel”

This is an excellent and affordable place to stay, with safe and easy transportation to the Jakarta International airport. I would highly recommend the FM7 Resort Hotel for any friends or family staying in Jakarta- we only wish we would have been able to stay there longer!

If you are on tight budget this hotel will do. the room as well as the bathroom were very small but clean. convenient location for business or visits since it's well located. However, I would not recommend it for family with children..

So this place is good for business or pleasure, but for a short stay only since it is fairly isolated. FM7's airport pick up service made the process painless. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean, well lit and ample source of hot water after a long journey was a welcomed feature. Wireless is only offered in the lobby but not in the rooms, but Ethernet connections are available in the rooms. Renting this is a bit cumbersome, but their IT staff are always available within a reasonable time frame. Their amenities are ample, but did not try them. Pool looked very relaxing. Style is post modern if you can call it that. Definitely recommend it if your stay is short while in Jakarta and avoids the need for a long drive into city town. Good price too!

“Perfect for an overnight stay”

Perfect for an overnight stay to catch a morning flight next day. Very close to Jakarta airport. Hotel offers free shuttle to and from the airport every hour. Shuttle pick up from airport is on the upper floor from arrivals. Have seen much better 4star hotels though. Very good value for money.
