Honestly I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are not as clean as should be. The hotel conditions are bad. Bad smell. The only good thing is the staff were friendly

Don’t give out my room key to strangers
Two nights in a row keys were given to our rooms and other guests came in on us. Front desk couldn’t seem to manage this. Have had previous good stays, not anymore.

Great place to stay in Tangier, safe
The hotels is in a quiet part of tangier with few people begging outside. The location is good and within walking distance to the Tangier Mall and the Red Bus Line if needed. The service was fine and the hotel was comfortable and quiet. The hotel also had a great restaurant downstairs which I enjoyed each day. The only negative I had was that the windows are huge and hard to open and when you do open them sometimes you can smell sewage at the nearby river.

The longest checking line ever... these guys are crazy, specially the reception stuff they slow or she is slow coz there is only one girl in the reception dealing with thens of customers... that was our check-in But for checkout there was other girl and she was very rude. The smell in the room is terrible... it was like it is closed for years... just terrible hotel specially the stuff. Thanks!

Won't recommend at all!!! I have tried to contact the hotel (booking department and the Reception) multiple times before our arrival and I didn't receive any respond whatsoever - total lack of professionalism and care. Breakfast not included which is ridiculous. Dirty swimming pool and disable airco in the room.

First of all we booked the hotel because it was Ramada hotel Safety standard is zero=open doors to -suicide opportunitie You can easily balance yourself or roommate any item from higher floor Windows open to the inside of the room =you loose space -No windows screen which make additional insects and Muskidos welcome in for free bites Cleanness Zero smoke smell while sleeping all night Bathroom toilets doesn’t flash Room service always absent No tap water you have to buy water Tips : request to see the room and try the bed before checking in it is very important you won’t be deplsapointed The only good positive news you can leave you league for storage for unlimited time even if you don’t stay there Best recommendation is to book one night and keep looking I -Staff are very nice and friendly but not professional at all -Very safe area -if you come from Spain by boat make sure the CAB is only 10 Dirham we got ripped of for 40 Durham when it is walking distance and very safe People can ripe you off if you don’t be careful

Not best but good hotel, good value for money
Overall not a bad hotel in terms of value for money and location. Close to tangier train station, city mall and bus stops. There are so many nice cafes and restaurants around the hotel location that you can get all sorts of dietary requirements fulfilled at any time of the day within a few minutes walk. The promenade is close by and good for a nice walk. Hotel staff very helpful, I haven’t tried the in-house dining so cannot comment as we were more interested in the local food / breakfasts/ lunches / dinners served at outside cafes. Cleanliness level is satisfactory but needs further improvement. Rooms / showers are a bit on the smaller size although value for money and part of big hotel chain is a plus.

Nice well located hotel
NIce clean comfortable and quiet hotel, about 5 minutes walk from Tangier Ville railway station and a couple of minutes from the beach/seafront. Good facilities, tea/coffee although internet connection a bit slow.

Horrible hotel
I booked this hotel for 2 nights and i had a bad experience overall . My First night the wifi was not working and the drain was clogged , second night the hotel had a weeding until 3 am in the morning. Plus they had a problem with the electricity so i coudn't charge my phone or turn on the AC. My advice please stay away from this hotel .

Only native visitors of Tanger given respect.
Hotel staff barely spoke English. My partner and I were changed rooms as neighbours complained of TV volume. Given crap excuse of our whole floor being exterminated for pests as reason for room change- however no one else was moved rooms. Hotel very stingy with towels. Room service does not change sheets- left feeling dirty. Very rude hotel staff who refuse to communicate in basic English.

My girlfriend and I finally booked this Ramada after staying at Riads for the past several days, since I wanted something nice, clean, new, and modern. This hotel was exceptional for the price we paid (under $40/night). It appeared brand new, with nice appliances in the bathroom and hotel room. Points: No included breakfast. Gated parking lot, as well as some street parking Construction nearby (didn't bother us), slight sewage smell close by (but not in hotel) Not much to do within close walking distance (would recommend a car) Many WiFi routers throughout with strong signals, the one on the floor was not working properly however (probably can be fixed easily) No shower door so water did get into the bathroom floor somewhat (Moroccan style?) The swimming pool was under construction and had no water in it
