“Enjoyed our Stay”

We were really impressed by this hotel. The customer service was great. The rooms were very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

“Good for a big family”

We have five in our family and the room size was great, with a king, full, and pull-out sofa. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but not great - typical for this level hotel. Negatives: There was no elevator so you have to lug suitcases up the steps. The toilet clogged twice, but the maintenance man came quickly both times.

“Great chain hotel!”

The hotel was perfect! We checked in the afternoon and were greeted by a very pleasant and cheerful desk staff. She promtly checked us in and in response to our inquiry , she provided us with maps and shortcut so that we could reach our point of interest without getting stuck in traffic. Our room/suite was very spacious, clean and everything was functioning. And we had the mountain view! Although the hotel is located on a main road and away from the busy "Downtown Shopping Area", I had no problem sleeping. And I am a light sleeper! The continental breakfast was more than adequate! Pancakes, cereal, baked good, yogurt, fruit and so on! If I go back to Taos, I will stay there again! Good deal for your money.

“Great breakfast”

The room was reasonably priced, clean and well equiped. The knob for the water control for the shower was very hard to turn because a screw that holds the cover to the valve had backed out into the knob. Sunday morning breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast we have ever had. The biscuits and gravey were exceptional.

“Adequate for 1 night stay”

One night stay before dropping kids off at camp. Room was clean, although the fan in the bathroom sounded like it was coming out of the ceiling. I did mention it when we left. All the staff were helpful and friendly. One incident that upset me though was the head desk clerk was verbally reprimanding the woman responsible for the breakfast area in front of the guests. And by the way, I thought the woman had done an excellent job at keeping the areas clean and well stocked during the breakfast "rush".
