A+ Customer Service & Spa FaciitiesPosted Jun 5, 2013
Pros: Service - Zak at front desk :)
Location: Beautiful location in Taos New Mexico
Continually book this hotel while in Taos. The Spa here is amazing and I really can't say enough about the customer service. Zak at the front desk goes above and beyond. Thank you so much for taking such good care.

Absolutely stunning!!!!Posted May 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was a delight!! The setting and atmosphere is beautiful. The views are georgeous, you feel that you are in one of the higher end lodges without breaking the bank. We have 3 boys ages 7 and twins that are 2 and they has a blast. Taos is beautiful and you feel that the hotel doesn't fight with the architecture of the town. Rooms have it all!!

Great place to stay in Taos.Posted May 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
Large room with wonderful amenities. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Walked into town easily. I'd stay there again for sure if we are lucky enough to return to Taos.

Wonderful facility and staff. My one objection, and it is a big one, is that they charge extra for everything. I thought my room had been prepaid but on departing, the room fees just about doubled the cost of the room. They also add on for wi-fi, wireless, and other things that other hotels provide without extra charge. The also charge for parking. All in, the cost of the room was twice the advertised price.

Thank you for the lovely comments about our property and staff. I am sorry that you were not aware in advance of the $9.95 charge for internet access or the $12 valet parking charge. Your feedback provides us with a training opportunity to better help our guests experience no surprises at check-out. Margaret Gratzinger General Manager El Monte Sagrado Living Resot & Spa

Beautiful experiencePosted Apr 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
Gorgeous hotel with beautifully landscaped grounds. Staff is pleasant and well-trained. Restaurants and bar area are very nice. We stayed in a suite with fireplace and balcony overlooking the gardens and waterfall. Wonderful experience. Negatives: Fee for Wi-Fi which we think should be included in the room rate. We stayed for three nights and newspapers were only available one day.

Great for a relaxing getawayPosted Mar 28, 2013
Pros: The decor of the room
Cons: The gym was small and there were children allowed in
Location: A quick drive from downtown
My only complaints are that the gym is very small and the hot tub was not functional during our stay. Our room was amazing and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. Would return.

One of the best hotels in TaosPosted Mar 3, 2013
We stayed in the 1 bedroom with a pull-out-sofa. The room was nicely furnished and had a large bathroom. There were only 3 of us. I think any thing over four would require a larger room. The pool and hot tub were excellent after hitting the ski slopes! Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
First time in Taos,,, Great hotel option!Posted Feb 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was our first time in Taos and we were there to ski. Although the location is not ideal for hitting the slopes it is one of if not the best option in the area. The hotel is very nice and rooms are clean and as pictured, The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rate is not on the cheapest but we believed it was within reason for the quality. We highly recommend this hotel if visiting Taos.

We loved the restaurant, but thought the room was noisy and the tv selections very limited. The staff was friendly except for the receptionists at the spa. We decided not to use the spa because of her unhelpful and discourteous responses.
