Looked better in pictures—wasn’t as close to Zocolo as expected. All the staff at the front desk was Excellent!!! The wifi was terrible-even after the front desk put Bri on housekeeping. Not thrilled with resteraunt—had to tell them how to make a curb libra. Club sandwich good—breakfast buffet interesting. Not gringo food!!!! Chocolate milk excellent.

This hotel has great location in Tapachula. I stayed for 10 days and feel safe and comfortable. Carmen our housekeeper was excellent always very nice and caring. The front desk staff very accurate. I will come back.

bad service
the hotel was so bad, no towels in the room, it was hair in the beds, our room has a leak in the bathroom and the water came out. bad service at all, the breakfast was tasteless and we are very disappointed because we now this hotel for years and now is like that. And also the lift was broken and no one of the staff help us with our bags, so we need to carry everything from the first floor to the third

Los pasillos con mucho olor a cigarro. Eramos 2 huespedes en la habitacion y solo nos dieron una toalla y fue demasiado protocolo para pedir otra toalla y se demoraron 30 minutos para una segunda toalla. Durante el desayuno, la señora que sirve la comida tiene muy mal caracter con los huespedes.

The restaurant was great! The food was delicious. The staff was very attentive. The hotel was average. We had to ask for clean towels. Half the time none was left when they cleaned the room. Beds were very uncomfortable(hard).

The service at the front desk they don’t explain the details of the card key for the room, I have to active the card key every day, I did not have towel the first day and I have to go to the front desk to get towels. Not cup in the room, there is not hot water for the shower. I’m very disappointed.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, it was an uplifting experience. Initially a problem about the reservation, but that was because of language. My Spanish is not all that great. We got it all sorted out, and from then on the experience has been wonderful. If we come back to Tapachula again, we will certainly stay here, and will recommend it to other expats living in Guatemala. The restaurant is very good, and the service and staff is are attentive. House keeping is also first class.
