A good business hotel. Has all the necessities. Breakfast is average but the Hotel pub is surprisingly good. Gym, indoor pool and spa are usable. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Had an early flight my last day and they opened up the breakfast area an hour early just for me. The hotel is a bit dated but you get what you pay for.

Sorry!!
I must say I was a bit disappointed at 07.00 in the morning some workers outside started scraping on our window on the 5th floor. I get that they are renovating, but outside guest rooms at 07.00 in the morning was very unexpected. Especially since no one informed us about any renovation when we checked inn. When brought to the attention in the reception all we got was: ''Sorry''. Sorry didn't get me any more sleep that morning so I'm sorry, but I ain't coming back. Oh... and sorry for the bed review.

Not a bad choice
The room looks a bit outdated but it seems that renovation is underway in another section of the hotel. The hotel is situated near wedding venue so there could be noise or loud music in the afternoon.

The staff were attentive, helpful, polite. I was impressed by them. The property is in generally good condition. I was less happy with cleanliness at the restaurant. While I was having breakfast, a cockroach came from underneath a coaster! The floor was not very clean.

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. I stayed for a couple of nights, then went to Bukhara and Samarkand and came back for one more night before I left the country. Would stay there again.

I wasn't impressed for the price we pay. The rooms are low ceiling and dark, bad shower/no pressure. Breakfast was good and WiFi too. But overall not good value for the money. There are other hotels in Tashkent that offer better value and service.

Indian food is available, infact they have a Indian chef, so no problem for us on that front. The location of the hotel is also good and staff is courteous

Great customer service, rooms are overpriced
Staff were amazingly helpful and always friendly. It looks gorgeous from the outside + reception area but Rooms are severely dated and not worth the price you pay. House-keeping kept coming between 5pm-7pm which was frustrating, as you leave for meetings and come back and it's as you left it. It also interrupts your evening/ability to shower. On my last day they came at 7pm which really annoyed me. Would I stay again? Possibly but not at the rate they were charging. Also, their business/conference room hire was even higher than London!

The hotel staff is really helpful (only exception the front desk person who claimed that the wifi was working when I complained it was not - however the hotel issued a notice a few hours later that there was really a problem with wifi). The manager of the Irish pub even helped me to charge my local SIM card with the credits from his personal SIM card! The room is nice and clean. The bed was hard - which I prefer (maybe some persons like soft beds though). The location is a little bit outside of the city centre but since taxis are cheap this is not a problem

The only problem was the breakfast. One day when we came down 10 minutes after the start they had run out of almost everything including plates. It took almost twenty minutes before they started to replace the offerings. The breakfast was nothing special.

good hotel of quiet place in downtown
Hotel is located somewhat far from central downtown of tashkent city, but it is so quiet place and it is not far away to walk along city-channel anhor and mustaqilik squares. In there visitors can enjoy good panoramic view of park and wondeful fountain show in summer seasons..And not far from hotel, can find memorial park of Tashkent earthquake of 1966.

Pleasant Experience
The staff was pleasant and helpful and everyone spoke some English, some very well. Felt very safe and secure, while being centrally located in Tashkent.

The good, the bad and the ugly.
The good: The room was clean and relatively comfortable in the city center. The morning complimentary breakfast was good. The bad: The bath tub leaked so I spent as much time wiping floors as I did showering. The room carpet had black stain. The ugly: To add my fiance and sonto the room at the last minute for the first night required a second room at a higher price, but smaller room as we did not have a marriage certificate. Later we paid a half room fee to cover the remaining days just to share the same room. The last night I bought 2 bottles of wine at the bar nd was given a receipt. I later tried to return one bottle and was told that the money was sent to another place and I wouldn't be receiving a refund. if you are only looking for a clean room, this place will be fine, but be careful of their attitudes and ability to rip you off

I would probably stay again, given the value for the cleanliness and location. Staff treats you well as long as you look in a certain way, white or well dressed foreigner. However, be ready to be discriminated if you wear any clothe that reveals your religion to an extent of not being allowed to enter the premises. Unfortunate and disappointing experience, one you don't expect from a brand well respected in the Western world. Hope the management will take notice and treats all guests with equal respect, regardless of their race, religion, nationality, or gender.

Okay hotel in peaceful area of Tashkent.
We were welcomed by helpful staff who continued to assist us throughout our three-night stay. The hotel premises are descent--on-site free parking, restaurant, pool, sauna, gym, and money-exchange booth. Wifi and breakfast were included in our room price. Our "non-smoking" room on a non-smoking floor came with an ash tray, outdated well-worn furniture, a very hard bed, and an old color TV. On the second night, we returned to our room and it reeked of cigarette smoke--likely coming from a neighboring room or through the vents. The staff kindly moved us to a different room of similar quality, but without the smoke. The breakfast is okay--nothing too fancy, but you can order an omelet (ask). Before leaving we found out that the hotel was branded Ramada about two months ago (so, around Aug 2013). They still do have work to do, but show signs of upgrading. Our experience seemed substandard given the high price.

브랜드에 비해 리모델링 필요해 보임
직원들은 굉장히 친절해서 미소짓게 됨. 시설은 오래 되고 층고가 상당히 낮아서 썩소짓게 됨. 첫날 묵었던 방은 욕실 천장에 곰팡이 피어있고, 욕실 환풍기도 안 돼서 다음 날 방 교체. 바꾼 방도 욕실 환풍기를 건물 전체에서 중앙통제하는지 작동 하다 안 하다 함. 호텔 내 피트니스 센터는 괜찮음.

호텔 직원들이 친절하고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 출장업무로 바빠서 호텔의 편의시설을 이용해보지 못해서 다음에 방문하게 되면 피트니스와 수영장도 이용해 보고 싶습니다. 바로 맞은 편에 유원지가 있어서 산책을 즐기기에도 좋습니다.
