Great location near to beginners slopes with great English speaking instructors - we went during England and Polish half term so it was very busy - we booked skiing lessons from England - and they were great at returning emails and their English was brilliant. The room was very spacious for family of 4 - kids sofa bed mattress very thin - but aren't they always. Very clean. The curtains did not close fully - which was annoying. Design flaw in the bedrooms (or at least room 1523) is that there are pieces of wood (rather than plasterboard) - at high level which meant you could hear every word as though they were in your room - which isn't great if you are trying to sleep and they want to party! The second worst part was most of the staff (not housekeeping - she was very smiley) were simply unfriendly and un-smiley - a smile doesn't cost anything! - some of the staff said "you're welcome" when we thanked them - which was in stark contrast to most of them, and simply makes for a more pleasurable holiday. But the saddest thing for us was that we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evenings -(despite having having paid for half board) because there was nothing for (unadventurous English) children to eat - the food was good for adults and adventurous children - rabbit / pork / chicken in all sorts of Polish sauces - but some chips or some pizza or chicken nuggets - or something 'international' would have been very much appreciated by us! - Breakfast was good though.

A nice hotel, located within a suitable distance from the town centre. However, the hotel lacked the small refinements that you would expect from a five star or four star hotel e.g. room controled air conditioning, curtains which could be fully closed, separate soap and shampoo in the bathroom, and a shower which you can stand underneath without having to hold the shower head to prevent soaking the bathroom floor. Despite of these negative points, the hotel boasts a very high standard of facilities such as the saunas, pool and the spa treatment rooms. All of which we enjoyed. A good Variety and selection of food for breakfast. Our room was finished to a high standard, very clean, with a comfortable bed and balcony. Overall our stay was pleasant, but not sure if I would recommend based upon the price and previous experiences of similar establishments. Maybe it was the time of our stay or a lack of coordination between hotel staff, but we couldn’t help feel a little dissatisfied with the whole experience!!!

Great facilities, swimming pool, kids playground, spa, gym. Breakfast, dinner and parking included. Excellent rooms, cable TV (multiple languages). I guess the hotel complex is less than 5 years old. Professional service.

Aside from not having our room ready after our late arrival, they quickly corrected the situation while sending us for a complementary drink. Otherwise, the facility and the staff was excellent. The breakfast and dinners were feasts.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean! The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options to choose from. The pool was clean and there were three hot tubs available. Also a sauna, steam room, and lots of other areas designated for relaxation. Check in and check out were easy.

Nice hotel next to beginner ski slope
I was surprised with how nice this hotel was. I had read some reviews about the service if you were non-Polish speaking but found that rather than being rude as suggested by someone else that hotel staff just seemed to be not so confident with their English but it was fine. The hotel was nice and clean and had good facilities for young children as there is a large playground outside and a small playroom inside. It’s a short walk away from a beginner’s ski slope and a short drive from the town centre. It has a nice pool and steam and sauna. Our room was also very comfortable.

Great Hotel
Service was great, employees were helpful and friendly. In winter, caters mostly to Polish families with small kids who are there to ski at the kiddie slopes of Nosal which are across the street from the hotel. Rooms are nice and at a high standard. Can't beat the price!
