“Nice if you like rumbling truck engines...”

During my stay this model was clean and comfortable and the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, though I only had contact with them at checkin/checkout. The night I stayed, a truck pulled into the lot during the evening and sat with it's refrigeration unit rumbling intermittently all night long. I complained at the desk and received no satisfaction. Those booking a room may want to ask if this will be an issue during their stay. I'm not certain if this will keep me from choosing this motel again if traveling in the area. It is certainly a factor will impact my choice.

“Nice pool and hot tub. Close to friends house and several activities to do in town.”

I very much enjoyed this hotel. The staff were great. They were very friendly and helpful. Place was clean. Met some new friends. My 8yr old daughter loved it. Was a great and well needed vacation.

Area recommendations
Tawas is a great city. Right on the water. Once you are there you would like to stay forever. Bowling alley was small but fun. Movie theater did not have anything kid friendly at it. Spend time on the beach and at the park. To cold to swim but found some really cool shells.

“Everything OK”

Everything was just fine, but it was interesting that our room was the as far away from the front desk as you can get. Was that because we got such a good price? If so the extra walk was worth for it.

“very helpful!!”

We drove 3 1/2 hours to get there and there policy is check in at 4:oo. Because we needed to get ready earlier.They had no problem accomadating us.thank you!!
