Pros: The size, it was quaint, yet private too.
Cons: Just a few things needed some care but they were minor
We were so delighted with our time and experience there! It is a place we highly recommend!

A little luxury hidden away
Posted Jan 11, 2012
Pros: The style and size of the decor.
Cons: There wasn't much happening in the area (but that is city wide).
Location: There wasn't much happening in the area (but that is city wide).
Fabulous hotel in an otherwise boring and dull city. The staff were great, the breakfast good (though nothing huge or spectacular) and the room was large, clean and comfortable.

So many other options
Posted Jan 3, 2012
Pros: The front office staff was amazing
Cons: The food, the bartenders, the facilities
Location: No beach
If you've ever wanted to sleep on concrete, shower with cockroaches, and have employees steal your money, this is the place to stay!

Fantastic experience
Posted Jan 8, 2011
The outside of the hotel does not do justice to the experience once you go through the front doors. The hotel staff are exceptional and if your Spanish is poor, fret not, the people at the front desk speak perfect English. The food is excellent (try the creole and tortilla soup, it's a must). The rooms are large and spacious, the beds comfortable and very clean. Breakfast by the pool was excellent. If you want help getting in and around Tegucigalpa, just ask the staff. All in all, a fantastic and pleasant 3 night stay.

Honduras - a wonderful Bed and Breakfast!
Posted Jan 6, 2010
The hotel was beautiful!! Public area was well maintained and very calming in a city that is very busy. The room was incredible - very large, very clean, gorgeous and rich furniture, very large, quiet and oh so perfect! Staff was very nice and helpful. Only one or two of the people at the front can speak English, so when ordering breakfast just point to the menu which is in English. Can't wait to stay here again! The breakfast was fabulous and I so enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace next to the pool each day. Manager afternoon snacks looked okay, but are placed behind the desk and sorta out of the way...you wouldn't know to look. Make sure you ask about everything because they don't give you any information when you are staying here. They take you to your room and you are left alone (no phones). Nice, but after I put my pj's on, I forgot to find out when breakfast was served...so do all your questioning before you get comfortable. TV, alarm and WiFii is awesome!! Want to impress guests or business associates, this is one place you can. Lots of areas to sit and talk and not busy with people all around.
