“Excellent service great hotel”

everything was perfect from the moment i got there, they even asked me if i wanted a room near the elevators or not. the hotel has a few restaurants and also a bar , very good food. i was attending an event in tegucigalpa so i ask the concierge if they could get me some flowers and they sent someone to the flower store to get them for me.

If I wouldn't cancelled my first night due to illness it would be the right price. The rate given by expedia it was good but unfortunately you cannot change or cancel. The hotel is great, great location, rooms and beds are so confortable.

Great stay. Breakfast buffet was included with the room and it was fantastic.

Had to stay overnight in tegulcigalpa, got in about 8pm and left by 7.30am so must admit didn´t see much of the town or the hotel but bed extremely comfy, spacious room overlooking the mall..staff helpful with organising transport..breakfast tasty if somewhat overpriced for a continental breakfast but I am not complaining just noticing! neighbours in adjoining room had very loud squealing children but this has more to do with poor parenting than thin walls! enjoy

whenever a go to tegucigalpa i stay at this hotel because it is right across the street from the mall, rooms are always very clean, bed its super comfortable. The only complain i have ois that the quality of Factory restaurant went down

Need to improve on customer service and room service. Ordered room service and it took 2 calls and 1 1/2 hours to get food. Front desk did a poor job of explaining services provided by hotel and at what cost to guest.
