Bad Hotel Service

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. Because of flight and dinner, I could only check-in after 10:00PM when there was no front desk service and they put my key in a safe box. At the first night, I could find my key in the box which is no problem. At the second night, there was one key in the box which does not show my name. Since I had no local mobile phone, all I could do is getting into that room and found a way to contact hotel staff. However, there was no any information instruct you to contact them. A few hours later, staff came to the room I stayed and blamed me why I stayed in the room and not contacted them to resolve this without asking what's happened. This is very disappointing to blame customers about the mistake made by the hotel.

Shocking experience !

Not in all my decades of traveling did I arrive to a hotel, paid in full more than three months in advance, to be told they have no room for me for the first night. I was given a sob story and forced to spend my first night in a dump, in a seedy part of town, and receive the room I PAID FOR only for nights 2 & 3 ! I am requesting you to obtain for me restitution for the first night ($ 130). This kind of happening reflects very poorly on your dependability. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

Wouldn't stay here again

Old shabby hotel, overpriced for what it is; reception desk staff was hit or miss; parking is extremely limited so you have to leave your car key but the desk is not open all the time which caused issues. The worst part, however, was when they moved our car and left the lights, killing the battery so we needed to have a service come fix it. Whole experience was less than pleasant.

Disaster in good location with friendly personnel

Well located, in the center of Tel Aviv, near Diezengoff. Friendly personell, but the hotel is just awful and completely ran down. Rooms are dirty and in need of complete renovation. Bathrooms are just terrible, mold is growing everywhere. Very laud, it is on the main road and the window are not sound proof.

this flat is very well located, just a few minutes walking to the beach. The room contains a small stove, microwave and refrigerator, so if you want to save some money and cook your own food, this might be a good option. In the surroundings there are also some bars, supermarkets and it is only 15 minutes away from the train station if you take a local bus. (very convenient if you want to go to the Tel Aviv airport after you staying).

Meget enkelt og simpelt hotel, hvor service og beliggenhed opvejer, at der ikke er meget komfort på hotellet. Kun 20 minutter fra lufthavnen, og 5-7 minutter til stranden. Godt aftenliv tæt på.

Hyvä palvelu ja huoneen varustelu sekä siisteys, mutta rikkinäinen keittolevy pimensi huoneistomme yötä vasten eikä sitä saatu ennen seuraavaa päivää kuntoon. Autojen tööttäily häiritsi unta.

The girl at the reception was very impolite and rude... The guy was okay. The room was not very tidy. I asked for a smoke-free room, but was given a room full of cigarettes butts ans smoke odor.
