Friendly Staff, Nice Room, Great Area

Posted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Location, room size, comfort, cleanliness and staff were all top rate.
Cons: I'm seriously nitpicking here, but even though there was a nice HD tv in the room - there were no HD channels. More reason to be outside.
Location: The beach is one block away. There are lots of bars, shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Plenty of tourist attractions down the road.
I stayed at Ben Yehuda Apartments for 2 nights, mid-week. I was at first concerned about the terminology "apartments" as I wasn't sure if I was going to be in a hotel or renting somebody's apartment. I was glad to see on my arrival that apartments really means that you're room comes with a kitchenette. On arrival, I met the a very friendly staff member who gave me a cold drink and a snack, while preparing all of the documents of my stay. She also gave me a map of the area and a couple one-pagers with fun stuff to do in the area. The room was very comfortable and clean. The view was of the alley beside the building - but I wasn't there to hang out in my room all day. The room had nice AC (which is hugely helpful in early July) with a temperature control. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The kitchenette had a small fridge (think dorm size), microwave, hot plate and sink. The room also had a small kitchen table with seating for 3. The bed was clean and very comfortable. I checked out on a Friday morning, which has earlier than normal time (9:00 am) due to Shabbat. I'd highly recommend Ben Yehuda apartments. The location was great, only one block to the beach with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I couldn't have been happier with my choice.

Great value for Tel Aviv.

Pros: Laid back and friendly staff and convenient location.
Location: Great location. Close to beach, restaurants, cafes.
This was incredibly convenient and a very pleasant stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Parking in the back is limited, so reserve if you are using a car. 5-10 min walk from Gordon beach and lots of cafes/restaurants. Two bedroom suites are spacious and good size for a family of five.

Nice hotel for the for the price.

Pros: Location in the city.
Cons: Nothing
Location: One block from the beach - easy access to transportation.
The apartment was pleasant and the staff was excellent. We had a front room by the street which was too noisy for us - the staff gave us a back room that was very quiet - very helpful. The desk was open 24/7 and the staff was very helpful in getting tours booked and any other request we had. Would recommend.

Convenient apartment hotel in central Tel Aviv

Pros: good location/price relationship
Cons: cleaning some mold on the tiles of the shower!
Relatively modern decor, mini-kitchenette (plus restaurants on the same block of Ben Yehuda Street).

Apartment living in the heart of Tel Aviv

The Ben Yehuda apartments is very well located, near shops, restaurants and the beach. Public transportation is frequent and easily accessible. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, Pinaia at the desk was especially helpful. Apartments vary in size and the larger apartments can accommodate families with children.

great overnight place with small children

Posted Jan 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
We needed a place in Tel Aviv with multiple rooms for our small children (parents need to sleep too). We were coming in from another area for one night before flying out the next morning. Ben Yehuda Apartments fit the bill nicely. Parking was non-existent in the area so I paid the $25/night fee for one of the 3 places behind the apartment. Place was roomy, clean and perfect. Would have also been perfect for longer, but parking would have been an issue.

Great Apparment for the price

Pros: The space, and the cleanness.
Cons: Parking space
Location: We stayed at the hotel but spend all of our time in Jerusalem.
The apparent is great and the location is good, however we had a rental car and parking is very limited. When we came it was late and the parkings were all taken. We had to find parking ohm our own in a place we had never been to. We found parking a few blocks away. Was also cheeper then at the hotel and about a 10 min walk. The Hotel itself was very nice.
