Well located boutique hotelPosted Dec 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
Super friendly staff. Breakfasts are at great partner cafes. Small gym is 2 blocks away. Reliable internet. Decent number of English TV stations. Rooftop deck is nice for lounging. Don't expect an American sized room. Maids forgot to replenish wash clothes.

Liked the ability to get breakfast in small cafes around the hotel and charge this back to the room. Made up for the lack of a restaurant

Roligt hotell med perfekt lägePosted Nov 30, 2014 on Hotels.com

Stor guldstjärna för frukostställenaPosted Nov 25, 2014 on Hotels.com

DisappointingPosted Nov 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
Manager was very kind as there were problems with the room and he did his best to make amends for that. Bartenders Michelle and Karin were exceptional. Reception (with the exception of one woman whose name I forget and who was quite competent helping her colleagues figure out what to do) was quite confused and inexperienced.

Very pleasant staff, smallish rooms but that's fine as it has a nice roof terrace and its TLV so not a lot of time spent in the room anyway!

A Home away from HomePosted Sep 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
The location and service at Brown is Amazing. The Hotel offers everything you need when in Tel Aviv. The staff is so friendly and Will Solve anything you Ask from them. The Rooms Are Nice, I have Been so lucky to try all of them and if its within budget I do reccomend the relax room. The neighbourhood hosts the best culinary experiences and nightlife in TLV. Its a Nice stroll to the beach and on the way you pass a large market where you can buy fresh juice. There Are free bikes to borrow which lets you explore the city in an efficient Manner. The Hotel often hosts private Events and as a guest you Are always free to join. When you Check in they give you complementary Cava or red wine and delicious handmade chokolates. The breakfast is Great because you Get to choose between a variety of local restaurants and cafes in the area in cozy surroundings. I always come back to this Home away from Home.
