Never Again

Pros: The day manager on July 1st.
Cons: Too much to enumerate.
Location: Decent location and plenty to do within 2 km.
Shabby room. Impossibly uncomfortable bed and poor response by housekeeping and all staff except for one day manager who was quite good.

Staff extremely helpful

Son got sick so we needed to extend stay. Staff bent over backwards to help us out.

GREAT LOCATION

Pros: I liked the location
Cons: Pool and spa area look old and tired and dirty. Lobby needs to be updated as well.
Location: Great location on the beach and walking distance to a lot of great places to eat.
I enjoyed a nice day in Tel Aviv. Check in took a while otherwise all went well. The only disappointing part of the experience was the pool and spa. They seem to have forgotten to maintain it.

Great location, hotel needs a major renovation.

This hotel should not be able to use the intercontinental name. The location is great however this hotel is in need of a major renovation. Our shower soap holder was rusting and falling out of the wall and the bathroom door trim was rotted. The drop ceiling was terrible. Renovate now if you wish to keep guests.

Great Tel Aviv Location

Great Location in Tel Aviv on the beach. Disappointed in the room. It is outdated, carpet was old and dirty. Service: Had to call in for toilet paper and small face towels twice. Definitely not a 5 star Hotel. Its a 4 star tops.
