Fantastic hotel!Posted Sep 8, 2013
Pros: Clean, modern, good location (near train station, large shopping mall), free shuttle service to/from the beach area
Cons: All was wonderful!
Location: Next to large shopping mall with many shops, restaurants, cafes. Next to train station, great for travelling to/from the airport etc
We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Studio Room upon our arrival. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom with a beautiful waterfall shower and separate bath tub. Great views from the room. Very clean and modern decor. Staff very friendly and adhered to our every need. Food very tasty. Only stayed for one night however I will definitely be returning!

Another great stayPosted Aug 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
As a returning, satisfied customer, I'm committed to leaving the review this establishment deserves. Sharon at the front dek both received and.Checked me in and out quickly. He adressed me out in a polite and professional manner. I always stay in the deluxe room, which is a corner room, very large, very comfortable, clean and tastelfully designed. A great view of Tel Aviv is promised on any floor. Free WiFi is welcome in this day when other chains gouge for this service. Breakfast is, as always, fresh and has a large selection. State of the art elevators speed you non stop to your floor.....alone. A real feeling of security. I shall return, soon

Excellent hotel- will be backPosted Aug 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very quiet room on the 21st floor with a great view. Breakfast was one of the best ever and the gym & pool facilities are hard to beat. All the staff were very helpful. The only downside (and it's a minor one) is the access to the hotel through a busy car park thoroughfare.

Nice hotel, good locationPosted Jul 23, 2013
Pros: I chose it for the location (easy access to highway, as we were to be picked up by relatives),and closeness to the mall and the supermarket.
Room was clean and ready on time. Staff was pleasant and helped us understand the elevator system and brought in our luggage. They were very polite and helpful.

More For Business, But Nice No Matter WhatPosted May 12, 2013
This hotel is not by the beach on the boardwalk so it's not the place that I'd book if I was on vacation, but since I was on business and had no time for the beach/sea, it was perfect. It's right beside a big mall, so there is plenty of shopping. The mall ain't cheap though, so bring plenty of $$$. The hotel is classy and they have a full time doorman that keeps out those who have no business in there. The staff are nice and helpful. They greeted me with a glass of orange juice. Nice to have after a plane trip followed by a cab ride from the airport. The room was well kept and had nice amenities. The bar downstairs is expensive, so drink modestly! I'd stay there again if on business. It's in downtown Tel Aviv, so make sure you don't confuse it with the Crown Plaza at the beach.
