Convenient to train station making travels in the area easier. Hotel was formerly a Sheraton and the rooms are larger than some of the traditional Israeli hotels. Staff was very friendly and accommodating - not like other Leonardos.

The hotel is on the main north-south street along the Tel Aviv seaside, near the marina. Not a luxury neighborhood, but it felt quite safe to walk around at night. Comfortable room. There is a small bar area on the ground level next to sliding doors leading out to the pool (which we didn't use due to the weather). We had booked the room without included breakfast. On check-in we were given the option to have breakfast for an additional $15/person, but with no charge if we chose to go elsewhere. We tried the buffet breakfast the first morning and were totally overwhelmed with the variety and quality of the food. Even a "chef" to prepare omelets to order. We went back each morning we stayed there and it was well worth the cost. But it was nice to have the option to go elsewhere if we had wanted to.

The check in process was great. Everyone was very helpful. The room was very clean, and everything was there as needed. We were thrilled with the view of the beach, and the Mediterranean Sea! The staff at the desk helped us make the needed arrangements for a taxi to get us to the Ben Gurion Airport very early in the morning. This was greatly appreciated. The price was very, very good.
