I was sorry to read your negative review regarding your stay.We make great efforts to provide our guests with the utmost level of room quality and comfort.I would like to mention that your reservation did not include breakfast, and therefore you were asked to pay separately for breakfast. I am surprised by your dissatisfaction with reception staff considering the fact that the same staff upgraded your reservation while you were checking in to the highest-level suit at no extra charge.

For specific times, please check with the hotel directly.
