A pleasant, comfortable and well fed stay
Reception and general staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and reasonably comfortable, though the building is in need of maintenance and refurbishing. The room is not large though adequate, but the bathroom is very small and needs redesigning to make it more efficient and comfortable, perhaps removing the bath and only having a shower cubicle to give more space. The breakfast buffet was very good especially since the food all had to be kosher for Pesach and in fact was better than I found at a higher graded hotel that I stayed at during my three week visit to Israel.

Room not replenished with coffee/sugar shower gel/shampoo/toilet paper on a daily basis. Paid for a weeks parking but my space was sold to someone else on two occasions. Concierge was extremely rude. This is the 2nd worst hotel I have ever stayed in and definitely would not recommend.

Definitely not a 4-start hotel, more like 2-star
The hotel rates itself as a 4-star. While the lobby is very nice and might be reasonable for a 4-start hotel, everything else I wouldn't even give 2 stars. The corridors and rooms are old, narrow and not very clean. The mattresses were so soft that it felt like sleeping in a hammock. Not great if you have issues with back pain. Housekeeping knocked on our door in the morning, despite the Do Not Disturb sign and the fact that it was 90 minutes prior to our checkout time. The parking was just barely wide enough for the car to fit into and we had to wait for someone to physically unlock a metal chain to get in and out. The pool was small and cold. We didn't see a single guest using it. In general, a very old and unpleasant hotel. Absolutely not 4-star.

Room service was bad, room wasn’t clean and had human hair on the sheets and floor, took them 5 hours to send someone after calling and in person asking to clean for 4 times .

Close to the beach, friendly staff, food was ok, and the hotel needs a cleaning on the outside. Rooms were a little small, but did the trick.

Leonardo Beach Hotel? Not!
didn't know there were 2 LEONARDOS on Hayarkon St. The cab took us to the one actually on the beach. To my dismay, we discovered that we had booked into the smaller Leonardo across the highway and then had to trudge across. This hotel had an unimpressive lobby, tiny rooms and mold in the bathroom. The pool was super crowded and only opened at 0900- not convenient if you want a quick dip before breakfast, Breakfast was super good. and overall the staff very friendly and efficient

Hotel is in good location all it needs is a good paint job on the outside and a little more decor in the rooms otherwise everything else was fine oh and the pool area not so great but was mainly there for the beech
