Close to the beach.

Very close to Frishman Beach. Hotel staff are amazing - especially front desk manager - Maya.

Great location, nice hotel, currently very noisy

Posted Jun 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
Theres some major contruction going on right next to this hotel currently (and its the foundations of a 3/4 storey building, so will be like it for some time). Also more contrcution inside the hotel on the 1st floot. 1st floor contruction didn't really bother us except at breakfast as we were on the 4th floor, but the contruction right next to the hotel will wake you up about 7.30 am every day. Fine if your an early bird, and want to get up before the heat of the day. The plus points are free parking under the hotel, and free WiFi, and its VERY close to the beach.

Simple to put right issues!

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: The friendly and helpful staff. The varied breakfasts.
Cons: As mentioned before, I think the issues with the bathroom, e.g. smells , sounds (privacy), steam and, a little more attention to detail when cleaning.
Location: It was lovely being so near the beach. Eating out at night was great! We also found the best falafel in TA at, 'Falafel Satay', a short away.
The bathroom was so steamy, that the lovely mirror over the basin, could not be used. The full-length mirror in the bedroom was badly positioned, so that, my back was against the window, having poor light. With no extractor in the bathroom and, two people sharing, there were lingering toilet smells. There was also a lack of privacy, even with the bathroom door shut! It was lovely to have clean bath-towels daily, but, the telephone was a little 'grimey'. We enjoyed the breakfasts and, having the very attentive staff. In all, the staff were very friendly and helpful so, with the tiny issues attended to, I would rate The Prima City Hotel as generally pleasing.

Greetings guest Thank you very much for taking the time to review our property. Your input, and the feedback from all of our guests is vitally important to us and we always want guest expectations to be met upon arrival. Per your comments, we are looking into the ventilation in the bathrooms to make sure that this problem is remedied. Additionally, the problem with the smell will be looked into. We apologize that you experienced some inconveniences during your stay, but we will work hard to make sure all your comments are heard and taken care of. Thank you for your lovely comments about the staff and we hope that you will return to Prima Park or one of our many Prima Hotels throughout Israel. Adequate for our purposes

Posted May 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was our last day in Israel and we needed a place close to Avis Car rental to return our car and close to the beach to spend the remainder of our day in Israel. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous, had a cab waiting for us at 2:30 am for our ride to the airport. It served the purpose.

Nice hotel with free parking.

Posted May 23, 2014
Pros: Free parking, close to beach, friendly staff. Clean
Cons: Bathroom was very tight, particularly the distance (lack of) between the toilet and the tub.
Short, repeat stay. This is our go to hotel in Tel Aviv.

Staff is nice and helpful.

It is a comfortable stay. I wanted a quiet and viewed room. Ben was nice to give one. I needed help with luggage and finding out about the city, the other young man at the reception was very willing to help.

Great comfortable stay

It's Israel...don't expect large rooms unless you want to pay incredibly large prices. This was a reasonably priced, comfortable place in a great location with a friendly helpful staff.

Had a very good stay at Prima City hotel.

Posted Apr 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel location is excellent, one block from the beach promenade great for walking, jogging or cycling. My room which was a suite was spacious, very clean and the wifi was strong. There is construction next door on the ocean view side which was the only drawback but with windows closed or earplugs the noise was never a problem.Bus/sherut transportation is one-half block away so easy to reach all major sites. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, fit for a five star hotel and the breakfast service was excellent as was the staff at reception. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the free rental bikes and charge a refundable deposit as they are very old with no gears and one can only brake by pedalling backwards which was tricky at the best of times. Would very happily stay here again.

Good location near the sea

Posted Apr 17, 2014
Pros: Location and parking
This hotel is pretty ok. it was renovated but to mediocre quality standard. it is located in a central location near the sea and close to the main Ben-Yehuda and Dizingof st. The free parking (if available as it was fully busy 2/5 nights) is convenient. the breakfast is great as long as you are not staying of Shabat or holiday.
