Modernes Hotel in gepflegter Bauhaus-Architektur

Posted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: Ambiente und der freundliche Empfang
Cons: s.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv

Posted Feb 14, 2015
The Diaghilev is not a network hotel and they take their boutique self designation very seriously. The furniture in the rooms is functional but special combining art elements and home convenience. In fact the suite I stayed in on the 6th floor is very similar to a regular 1 BR apartment in historic central Tel Aviv. The walls are decorated with authentic modern Israeli art. The view on the roofs of surrounding buildings peppered with sun heating panels is quite memorable if not necessarily beautiful. Excellent service -- it is fast, caring and smart. Comfortable bed, small nice kitchen and a long balcony. All that near many outing options in the Rotschild/Shenkin area with a few superb restaurants and close to the financial district. Continental breakfast at Backstage cafe is nice too.

central but quiet, close to and out of the way.

Pros: Accommodations, staff, umbrellas (free loaners of unique shape), location, parking, public transportation, the decor, the atmosphere, wifi, printer.
Cons: Outside signage
Location: Old Tel-Aviv is being renovated so buildings are being face lifted, restored or replaced everywhere as was the hotel which near the commercial area.
We enjoyed the hotel tremendously, the accommodation was like an apartment living, spacious and private. The hotel staff friendly and helpful like multiple concierges. The garage spacious and easy to access and navigate and never blocked. Every part of the white city was within walking distance including the museum, opera, concert hall, markets, boulevards, Jaffa, the highly recommended sightseeing spots such as GAN AhChashmal, HaThChanah, and so on of course some of the hiking can be ambitious for some but if seniors like us could do it almost anyone can. The place is surrounded by innumerable quality restaurants, coffee shops and bars, shopping areas for various tastes and wallets Boulevards and narrow streets and we never felt insecure no matter what time we walked around. There are a couple of post offices nearby and plenty of banks and money changers.

En el Centro de Tel-Aviv

Posted Jan 19, 2015
Cons: Nada, me parecío perfecto

Friendly TLV boutique hotel- walking district

Posted Jan 4, 2015
Incredibly friendly & personable staff, available at all times. Easy check in, relaxed but efficient atmosphere. This small, newer place is not on the beach and that's a good thing! Walk to many sights & great nightlife (LGBT /hipster cool), ride bikes on Rothschild, or stay at the hotel cafe and have fantastic cappuccinos while meeting people from all over the world.

Great location and great staff.

Pros: I found the balance of all perfect but would have preferred to see more of an Israeli special breakfast.
Cons: Breakfast choices
Location: Museums, concert halls- centre for cultural events. Walking distance to many venues but easy to arrange taxis or private pickup/drop off.
Enjoyed every moment of my stay at the Diaghilev-great location, staff are attentive and loved the little bar. Lighting Chanukah candles there was a special treat.

Fabulous Hotel!

Posted Dec 31, 2014
I LOVED my stay at the Diaghilev!! The staff were all so warm and welcoming when we arrived. Our hotel room wasn't ready yet, however the staff was more than accommodating and held our luggage while we explored Tel Aviv. The hotel is in a great location, just one block away from Rothschild St and a few blocks away from Allenby St (which has great craft fairs on Tuesdays and Fridays). The beach is also about a 30 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is also filled with gorgeous art work. I loved the furniture in the rooms, and felt that everything was nice and clean throughout my stay. I will definitely be returning back to the Diaghilev hotel!

Charming

Posted Dec 6, 2014
This charming boutique hotel is located in a beautiful building on a tree-lined street in Montefiore--an area full of architectural gems, laid-back cafes and very cool people. Check-in was a pleasure. Sivan was very hospitable and warm, upgrading our room and sending us a complimentary bottle of wine for my wife's birthday. The "room" (310) is actually a spacious 1-BR apartment with a wonderful porch facing the back--great light and smells, but no view to the street. The bedroom was very quiet and comfortable; the bathroom was bright and clean and equipped with test tubes of shampoo, conditioner, etc. Parking on the streets nearby is a challenge, but once done, we loved walking around, especially Rothschild and Ahad Ha'Am. All in all it was a very relaxing escape without leaving the country. We will definitely be back.
