Dear Hilda, We were saddened to read your review, as all our team including the management did its best to accommodate all your requests.The front desk manager (myself) and the hotel manager are of course at the hotel daily to assist our dear guests. I personally gladly took care of many of your requests during your stay, including the dates modification you requested out of the allowed time frame. By the way, the manager of the hotel approved this modification free of charge for you.As to the payments- you were charged exactly the amount of your reservation and not a penny more. There was a preauthorization made prior to your arrival, acvording to the policy of the hotel. We explained it to you during your stay.This authorization was released immediately after your check out. As you were skeptic about it, we sent you an email with an official statement from the credit card company concerning the cancellation of the authorization. Regarding the size of the room - we regret you found it small. Our Deluxe rooms are 24-26 m2, while the majority of double rooms in Tel Aviv offer 16-18 m2 rooms.We encourage to check our larger categories next time.
