Just perfect

Just the perfect place if on business or needing to get away from it all. The hotel comprises of suites nicely decorated and quite accomodating. Breakfast is great and the restaurant at noon and evening seems to be fairly sought out by locals and travellers.

Avoid the weekend

Hotel is very pleasant, staff is very accommodating, convenient to major highways. Comes Friday or Thursday night the hotel is overrun by locals Noisy parties in the room on Thursday evening , and an overwhelmed kitchen and staff for Friday morning breakfast. Breakfast is a delight and is worth the wait and the sub par service on Fridays Come and enjoy all other days

Nice enough hotel in an awkward location

Pros: The building is relatively new.
Cons: A few of the staff were extremely helpful. A larger fraction are rather surly.
Location: It gives its back to the beach. The residences have a frontal view; the hotel rooms only get a glimpse.
You should stay at the West if you are visiting people who live nearby. Even then, it's almost impossible to walk anywhere, as the hotel is rather isolated and you have to move by taxi every single time. It's a long stretch to downtown Tel Aviv, its museums and its cafes.

I was sorry to read that your overall stay did not meet your expectations in regards to the location of the hotel and the view from the rooms. it is true that only the residents apartment have view to the pool, but still, the hotel rooms on the highest floors have nice view to the sea. Great Hotel for non-tourists

West boutique hotel is a wonderful new property located next to the beach, in a quiet location far from the hustle and bustle of the Tel Aviv downtown. Ideal place to relax if you have a rental car or do not mind taking a taxi into town (everything is close there). The service is authentic (which means it is not polished at all), but people are genuine and generally care about your needs.

A great place to Visit and Stay a while

Pros: Location, Peace and quiet
Cons: Lack of quality restaurants - closer than a 5 minute drive
Location: in the center of things as far as connection to major highways - yet away from it all
It is the second time for our stay as far as we are concerned it is in an excellent location between the very north of Tel Aviv & Herzeliya very quick access to the hustle & Bustle of Tel Aviv either via the Highway or via the shore road as well as access to highways road heading North, East, or South - heading west is the fabulous beach Modern clean professional all suite hotel - all that you want including peace & quiet My first second and third choice on follow-up visits - which I do 3-4 times a year

Clean hotel with "standard" Israeli service

Hotel was modern and clean. Breakfast was *excellent*. Rooms were well apportioned with a reasonable view. When i stayed there the pool was empty (or under construction), so if that's part of your interest (it was mine) call to see if they've opened it since then. The staff was definitely not something to write home about, but something that seemed like a common occurance in Israel in general. Overall the hotel is located in a bit of a deadspot so expect to have a rental car or cab pretty much everywhere you go.

Situated somewhat distance from the city centre, with very limited parking. The staff were quite nice, however, it took three staff members to figure out from my passport that I'm a Canadian. Much to my surprise the internet was not available free of charge, however, the staff allowed me to use a complementary password for the wifi, overnight. The room was quite nice, modern, comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The breakfast was limited but of high quality. I'm not quite enamored by hotels that charge above-average prices yet do not provide complementary wi-fi! It doesn't make sense to irritate a well paying client by nickel and diming him at the counter! ll the same, nice hotel for extended visit.

Location is not the best. You always need a car. They have less people working than needed. Smells tobacco everywhere.

This is an excellent hotel. Brand new, superb location, glass and steel. Hi tech gym with view to sea. Strategically located in the outskirts of Tel Aviv with no jam access to northern and southern Israel with 5 min access to the city center. Best tourist experience in Israel in the last 25 years. Highly recommended.

Bad service and maintenance, don't change towels

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE Checked in and found out there is not hot water. Called the reception and been told that this can't be but will send someone to solve the problem. The guy came in and realized that there is no hot water so asked me when is it convenient to have it fixed. I said now and of course the answer was that now is not possible and maybe tomorrow it will be fixed ?! The hotel was fully booked so no alternative room was available. They fixed the problem the following day so I could finality shower after my 20h flight. Then they started removing the towels from the room. Each day they took away the used towel from the rack without replacing them (not from the floor or so, those towels that you used but you're ok with reusing). Obviously, after 2 days I had no more towels and could not shower when I returned to the hotel at midnight. Of course, they could only fix this the following day but then, one should be used to this by now.
