Originally built 1895, the New Sheridan is recognized as a historic landmark hotel by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. The hotel houses Telluride's oldest bar and the New Sheridan Chophouse, which specializes in prime meats and seafood. The Parlor, a lobby cafe, serves all meals.
