The most breakfast Ive had in a long time, delicious, freindly owners and the dog was unintrusive and freindly. Loved the hot tub, bed comfy close to everything. We walked everywhere..

Spent one night at this Bed and Breakfast which is immaculate. Owners were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Room was bright, well maintained and very comfortable. Great location! Would definitely stay here again.

Owners are very nice and cooks a great breakfast. The B&B is meticulasly maintained and clean. We felt like we were staying in a friends house. Perfectly located to walk all over downtown Ouray. Will definitly stay there again.

“Great Place in a beautiful area..”

The owners were great hosts all the way around. The only thing I would change is when we were trying to take a nap on a Saturday, their small dog kept on barking disturbing our sleep. Their dog or pets are not allowed in the guests rooms upstairs but we could easily hear it from our room. Besides that, I definitely recommend it to everyone.

“Nice Ouray Getaway B&B”

We booked a room at Spangler House for two weekend days on President's day weekend for a "romantic getaway." The house is not imposing on the outside, but is very nicely finished, comfortable and well laid out on the inside, and is much larger than it appears. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean, and everything in the room and bath was well kept up and in good working order. There was ample room in common areas for reading, browsing the library, or just chatting with other guests. Staff was friendly, and the breakfasts were great. Spangler is not luxury accommodations, so rooms are modest in size. But this was a great place for our getaway, very quiet despite nearly full occupancy, and very much worth what we paid for the room and breakfast. We would definitely return to Spangler House.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Spangler House. The bed was a bit hard but other then that I would say go there and enjoy!!!!!
