The Hotel Telluride

The only downside to this hotel is having to pay for parking. Great front desk staff and the upkeep of the hotel is evident by the painting etc going on as spring arrived.

Overall our stay was great. The staff was very friendly, and our room was great. Only thing I noticed was that the humidifier in the room was stored with water in the base. We had to clean it out before using it. Otherwise the hotel was perfect and I will be back for another stay.

The staff was very accomodating. The parking is expensive but it is the same everywhere in Telluride. The location is good. It's only a couple blocks walk to Lift 7 or town. No need for a rental car when in Telluride. You can walk or take a free gondola to almost anywhere.

Parking was a hassle for checking in. I arrived at 7pm and the hotel shuttle was blocking the only available parking. Unfortunately, after I circled the block, another car blocked the area as well. The breakfast was excellent and so was the small workout area.

I was here for work and the staff, hotel, room amenities, and location were perfect. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

If I go back, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. To say the staff is accommodating is an under statement.

Nice quality, everything was terrific except for the noisy heating unit.! I don't know if all the rooms are equipped with the same unit, but in our room on the 1st floor the fan turned on and off all night and was very noisy. Unfortunately it was too cold to just turn the unit off.

The hotel was lovely, comfortable, and easily accessed by foot from the heart of the town of Telluride (most things are though, it's a tiny place). It was the perfect place to have a evening getaway with my boyfriend. We brought wine and cheese into the hotel, and they already had a wine opener, plates, and knives in the room! That was a nice extra on top of an already lovely space. The heat lamp in the bathroom was a nice touch, as were the comfy robes. The hot tub was perfect, as was the free coffee and cider in the lobby. The only downside - the restaurant in the hotel wasn't particularly charming, and breakfast was not included in our stay. Oh well - there are several restaurants just a few blocks from the hotel.

Very nice place to stay.
