Great hotel and staff. Very clean and provided a great service to us. Great to have both transfer service to gondola and also stored skis for us. Only negative was charging $20 per day to park car in garage.

Good location in Telluride's central area. Can walk anywhere in town. Some rooms are exposed to street noise as they are on a corridor that faces the street. Breakfast is rather limited with only packcakes, cereals and sweet pastries. No regular or whole wheat toast for example.

Overall a great place to stay. Nice accommodations, clean and comfortable. The staff were happy, friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, we loved being able to get on the gondola to go into Telluride.

It was the end of the ski season and the hotel was fairly empty, but we were welcomed warmly and given beautiful rooms. The hotel is very charming and right in the heart of the mountain village area. The rooms were kept clean and we were always greeted with a smile whenever running into the staff throughout the hotel. We tried the Black Iron restaurant for breakfast which was good, but looking forward to coming back and trying out the new specialty restaurant which was closed for renovation.
