“plesant stay”

No coffee pot-but Starbucks was across the street. Didn't find phone book or city Guidebook until day before leaving-otherwise enjoyable stay. Called to let them know that we would not be checking in until after 7 pm-this was no problem. Only hotel in Hemet which has both smoking and non-smoking rooms, this was a big plus since one family member smoked.

tv channels green, soap very hard, pillows very flat,bed hard seemed clean but very old

“Nightmare!”

Bed was hard as a rock and unpleasant, slept maybe one hour the first night. Had originally booked for two nights but left after one and stayed at the Hampton Inn, one million percent nicer. I guess you get what you pay for.

“Very dissatisfied”

I was very dissatisfied with America's Best Value Inn and Suites. Upon my arrival, there were several shady characters in the parking lot hanging out and smoking. I checked the address 3 times to make sure this is the hotel I selected. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe as it is poorly lit and only 1 lock on the door. The room was filthy. The carpet had not been cleaned in ages and the edges of the it had not been vacuumed in months. The toiletries were merely small packets of shampoo and no lotion to be found on the premises. I will not stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

“Bad Hotel”

We brought our dog and that didnt want us to use our credit card they asked 2 times if we could pay for it by cash.
