HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY
Posted Jan 14, 2013
Pros: The only ok part was the poor front desk girl that continually apologized.
Cons: The place needs to be demolished and a new hotel chain needs to go in.
Location: The location was good. Near old town Temecula and driving distance to the wineries.
I don't think I have ever posted a review on a hotel but this was just to horrible of an experience. This was one of the WORST hotels that I have ever stay'd at. The first room that they gave us smelled like dog urine, the second room that they moved us to smelled like cigarette smoke and the third was on the ground level with less than desirable people walking by our window all day. I would understand if it was a Motel costing $40 but for $180 a night I expected better. Will never go near this place again.

Temecula stay
Posted Jan 3, 2013
Pros: Location to the vineyards
Cons: Staff did not deal with loud noises appropriately
Location: Close to old town and the vineyards
The room was excellent as it included a kitchen with its essential amenities but the most disappointing thing is that the room above us made a lot of thumping noise all night and we had to call reception twice (at 3:30AM and 4:30AM) and still did not stopped. We were awake all night. I know it's not the hotel's fault but it was just the experience that we had and we felt the reception lady didn't really deal with the situation. The access to Gold's gym was also handy, even though it was quite far away from the hotel.

Pros: Price
Cons: No shampoo provided. Room heater did not work well.
Location: Freeway friendly and parking was good.
The bed and pillows were very nice. Towels were rough and on the small side. The Continental breakfast was not much . Found the last occupants pizza in the fridge. Just a few minutes from old town, which was convenient and fun (not much for kids)

Very clean, economical hotel, located across the street from a nice shopping center, near restaurants and not far from golf courses and wineries.

Not my best hotel experience.

There were not enough towels, dishes or utensils and no shampoo was provided. There is a lot of street noise all night long. Fan in bathroom is on whenever the bathroom light is turned on and is very loud.
