Nice with an easy location to freewayPosted Nov 16, 2013
Breakfast is only a grab and go (fruit or fruit bars) with coffee or hot tea, no other option for one who does not drink the above. Stairwell traffic was very noisy but not disruptive, otherwise a pleasant stay. Yes I would stay again.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay. I am very sorry that noise from the stairwell disturbed you during your stay; however, I am glad that you would return to stay with us again, regardless. We truly enjoyed having you stay with us and look forward to you repeating your experience with us in the future.

Pros: Liked the good coffee and fresh fruit available. Coffee maker in the room.
Cons: Bath towels were very soft and clean but pretty small. A better breakfast bar; maybe with bagels, toast and toaster. No shampoo, conditioner, cap,
Location: Old town Temecula, wineries, shopping, Pechanga casino.

A pleasant stay at an affordable ratePosted Oct 22, 2013
Pros: Clean and quiet place designed to deliver a traveler a good place to re-charge. Amenities are just right.
Cons: The place is well run and the staff is professional. The new robot-operated Starbucks machines should be considered for the lobby (UT-Austin has them)
Location: Plenty of eateries of various types and restaurants.
Hotel was easy to find and convenient to restaurants and eateries. We needed a place for one night with our pet dog. The facility was clean and quiet inside and clean outside. It is close to the freeway so traffic noise outside does vary, but it is not a distraction unless you wander over to the east side near the freeway. Staff was very pleasant, courteous, and efficient. Room rates are competitive and we recommend this particular hotel to anyone needing a place to stay with or without a pet.

Pros: kitchen included, clean and close to everything

My stay in Temecula:Posted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: The Staff
Cons: The Hotel should do away with smoking their facility
Location: The location was very good.
The Hotel was fine and the staff very nice but my room smelled like cigarette smoke. The hotel only has double or king rooms in the smoking section. The hotel charged me $20. a nite extra above the Expedia cost for two beds in the smoking section. I though I was buying a room in the non-smoking area but when I contacted the Hotel as stated on the expedia site inquire about special requests they stated that they only have rooms with two beds in the smoking section and it was an upgrade. I won't use the Expedia secret room rate option again, because not enough information is given prior to booking.

Pros: the kitchen
Cons: mentioned above. smoking areas and area to sit..
Location: located near old town great walking area .close to murrietta and other temecula shopping town center promenade.. the hotel located near other hotels.
there is no pool. ok . but there is no where to sit read and enjoy the beautiful weather either. i have been here before . the price at the time of booking was reasonable. i changed my own towels daily the maid cart came maybe once or 2x while i was there. i changed my own bed linens but for that price. not worth it. had no options at the time. so i was a little disappointed the second go round here. i was supposed to be there for 9 nights. unfortunately the water heaters needed repair 2 nights before i left and the water was to be turned off for the entire following day. i had to check out and move to another hotel in the area. the staff was accommodating as was Expedia so i was grateful for that. people smoke right near the front door and back door. the ash cans are disgusting and barely cleaned out. whats worse is that you smell of cigarettes when you walk inside and walk out. . maybe move the cans away from the entry's. i don't begrudge people who want to smoke but why should i smell and breathe it in when i walk in and out of the hotel. thats not fair.

I received a copy of your review, and wanted to take a moment to personally respond. I am sorry to hear that you had to move to another hotel, due to the water heaters. I also would like to apologize for the issues you encountered with the smoke in the front entrance. To uphold our company's high standards, we will be moving the smoking area away from the entrances. Still, I am pleased you found our fully-equipped kitchens an added value to your stay. We continually work to improve our hotel, so I really appreciate you providing us with your feedback. We would love to have another chance to provide you with a better experience at our hotel the next time you're in town.

The room was ok, but it felt as if they didn't clean it very well.

Great Location but not clean or safe feelingPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room didnt have shampoo and was not very clean. The fridge didnt work very well either. Was in a non smoking room but it stunk of smoke. The hallways reaked of smoke too. Way overpriced for what you get.

Temecula Hotel near freewayPosted Sep 1, 2013
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and it did not hurt my back, like most hotel beds.
Cons: The room preparation could be drastically improved. We got in late (around 10:30pm) and the last thing I wanted to do was run up and down the hotel.
Location: Temecula; Wine tasting is within 10-15 miles.
The room had ZERO towels in the room. I had to go down to the check-in counter to get towels. The room also had no soap, shampoo, etc either. Whoever prepared the room, didn't do a very good job! In the morning, I went to get coffee for my friend in the lobby, and they were out of the French Vanilla creamer. Overall, it was not a very good experience and will not being staying there again.

Horrible LodgingPosted Aug 31, 2013
Pros: The employees
Cons: Everything but the employees
Location: Great destination - which is the only thing that keeps the place open - tough to fi d rooms in season.
The only thing keeping this hotel in business is its location. We would not return to this or any other hotel or any in its chain if you paid us. Smoke-filled room, right on the freeway, cheap construction so you worry that the cars will enter your room. Plumbing problem causes the whole room to groan. No towels -- and it goes on. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car. A block away is a Best Western for $30 more and there is a night and day difference (but you don't have to do much to be better than this place). We feel bad for the employees who have to work there. Despite their environment, they are friendly and professional.
