Nice and quiet place. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. We came with the kids so they offered us a poolside room with no extra charge. Loved that each room has it’s own parking right at exit.

CRAZY experience with no hot water FREEZING SHOWERS, broken fridge cold hot tub. The manager was turning off my side of the building’s hot water heater (to save money??). He also turned off the hot tub so it had to be turned on every time I wanted to use it. They would not replace my fridge with one in another room, I lost all my food. The manager is incredibly lazy, he’s not even embarrassed by his treatment of guests and actually argued with me about needing hot water for showers!!!, etc. I will be calling the owners as well as the county as it is actually a breach of the commercial hospitality accommodations code to not provide hot water. They will be fined and could be shut down. Book here at YOUR OWN RISK.

Thank You For Taking A Moment To Share Your Experience At Fallbrook Country Inn.So initially Guest asked for 2Hrs late check out without charge and we offered her 1hr late for free.Guest was not satisfied. until this point Guest was so normal to us. when Guest informed about the problem our team checked it and offered Guest another room . Guest denied it. we had a issue with a heater so we called the plumber and its took us few days because to ship the parts . we agree on the frustration of yours but our team tried what they all could do. when we offer to change the room guest just denied it and now blaming it not appropriate. Fridge is working we put it on a ideal temp. its just need to adjust to cold temperature mode. it had to be done by guest. hot tub is turned on certain time, i informed the guest about it and Guest need it to turn on earlier. Guest warned us that if we are not allowing for late checkout without charge then Guest gonna post the bad review. I don't feel right blaming us even after constantly serving our best .

Booked a king room and was given a double queen. The beds had miscellaneous plastic bits all over them. A plug for a camera was found near the bed. The bathroom had a sticky brown film all over the sink as well as the toilet. Stayed in the room for 10 minutes before leaving and checking into another hotel down the street.

The proprietors were very nice and friendly. The grounds are beautiful with trees and beautiful flowers. Sliding glass door in my room led out to a courtyard with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi there was a table and chairs right outside the patio door where I could sit outside and enjoy the fresh air of Fallbrook, a wonderful little town to visit and enjoy with this little town has to offer.

You get what you pay for. Good place to sleep. Booked a double bed gave us a king had to go buy air matress. Holes punched in walls, bugs dead on ceiling , caked on dust, ripped shower curtain, toilet tank lid didnt fit. Only can give you 1 room key. No soap or shampoo provided. Grounds are nice room was big. Has potential. Felt dirty and cheap staying here!

My stay here was a letdown, despite the decent price. The room was a mess – bugs, a lousy mattress, and a blanket covered in stains. The place desperately needs an update and a thorough cleaning although I didn't mind any of this until the real headache started when I decided to extend my stay for one more night. I went to the front desk, sorted out the payment, and thought everything was good. However, on the original checkout day, the same lady came banging on my door, claiming I needed to leave. Turns out, she had mistakenly booked the extension for the following day. I got charged extra for HER mishap, and to top it off, no compensation or apology was offered. It's not just about the extra charge; it's about the principle of the matter. Customer service seemed like a foreign concept in this establishment, and it's disheartening that my concerns were just shrugged off. They couldn't even get a simple extension right and didn't bother confirming it properly. The whole experience left a bad taste, and it's concerning that there was no effort to make things right. How does one mess up a simple extension, and more importantly, how does one not take responsibility for it? This experience goes beyond a mere bad review. If you value your sanity and expect a basic level of competence and service, steer clear of this place. It's not just about bugs and stained blankets; it's about an overall lack of care and professionalism that tainted the entire stay.

Price was right and location worked, but Fallbrook has gone down hill bad. This hotel is way out dated and is in need of much repairs and updating. The breakfast room ...did not exist. The patrons were much to be desired...but maybe this is just CA now. Sad to see after spending 45 years of my life there and 26 of them in the San Diego area. The staff were friendly enough, but when you come back to your room the second night and 3 deputy vehicles there doing an investigation near the hotel lobby...how safe are we supposed to be. On our last day, we came back to pack...yet two vehicles, not authorized to be in handicap spaces, were parked in our space, and we had to park in the pathway to pack our car. I'm not sure this place is well managed and I would not stay here again.

Fallbrook lodging has gone steeply downhill lately. This place, Country Inn, is still pretty good. It is old, a little bit noisy but not bad, and parking can be a hassle (but it is free at least). It's a good motel and I will happily return. Desk clerk was nice. Clean and pretty well kept.

This property is not an "inn" or hotel it's a MOTEL. It is VERY old. The bedspreads are very old and stained with who knows what!! Way overpriced!

This place has so much potential with location, pool etc. However, rooms need to be remodeled/updated, new paint, furniture, bed coverings, curtains etc. Could be much better and/or a cool boutique motel if someone invested a little $$ and TLC.

The rooms and bathroom are very clean. The courtyard is gorgeous beautiful area to come outside and sit in the morning and relax. The pool in the hot tub were clean. The only thing we would say that we didn’t like or the pillows were a little hard.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Charged me $170 a night for a smelly dirty room. Stains all over the beds, the linens felt itchy, bathroom has pubic hair left in it. Everything in the room was damaged. Please just do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Read other reviews, beetles galore, someone else and literal fecal matter come out of their shower drain and no refund. Avoid this place if you have standards.

We entered the room and uncovered the one bed and it had bugs yes bugs. Checked the other bed and same. Went and reported it and they offered another room but refused but if bugs in one they would be I. All units. I want to speak to someone about this for I want a complete refund. The woman who greeted me at check in was very agreeable and went out of her way to accommodate our early check in. Room was clean. Shower handle needs to be tightened so tenants can get a hot shower. Shower was luke warm at best. Washcloth instead of hand towels would be a nice touch. Refrigerator froze everything. Could not find the control to make it warmer. Rm 118
