Overly expensive and fire sprinklers went off in the room, front desk had only one staff member, so could not help with our issue until the sprinkler had already turned off. Only good was the breakfast.

Room was ok for clean but it smelt like an old age home. All the windows needed a clean and the window in our room had a broken frame. The breakfast was very plentiful and tasty, the beds were good.

Bathroom towels are old, bathroom floor was sticky, room was next to elevator and was noisy. Could hear all the noise from the next room until late.

The reception staff were very friendly and checked me in even earlier than expected. My room is very clean, well appointed, and spacious. Just minutes away from the Old Town by car and right off of the I-15.

There was mildew in the shower. The carpets in the hallway were visibly dirty. The pool and jacuzzi area was a bit dirty as well. There were many shopping and dining options nearby which was a plus, particularly since breakfast was limited.

Property was very very old. Called for towels and they made us go down and get them ourselves. There beds and pillows were so uncomfortable.

This property is extremely dated and not updated. Whoever owns it should reinvest because that was a one and done for me. Typical Holiday Inn Express locations are modern and clean, this one is not!

No lightbulb in lamp in the room. Lousy shower head and shower doors were backwards. The bathroom tiles were cracked and the floor was dirty. Empty coffee urn in the dining room at 9:00 a.m. Had to chase down the attendant to replace the coffee and refill the cream.

Not what it looks like in the AD. Shower was dirty had mold in the ceiling. Under the sink was all dusty like if it has never been cleaned. Curtains had stains on them. Room smells like if people use to smoke in this Hotel. Really bad experience will not recommend anyone staying here.

This was such a huge disappointment. While the staff were pretty nice, I was assured the room given to me was quiet and no one above me. I was woken up by what sounded like bowling balls hitting the ceiling at 6am. The curtains do not close all the way and I had to use a hair clip for privacy, and if you want to use the heat/air/fan, it sits directly below the window, blowing the curtains open wider. I could see people walking in front of my window constantly. I had spotty if any Wi-Fi and the toilet wouldn’t always flush. I spent alot to stay here and ended up wishing I went elsewhere. Also the breakfast provided was not great, but free so can’t complain about that too much. The positives were the bed is comfortable👍
