The furniture needs updating. The bed & the pillows were uncomfortable. The bath tub walls were orange & the rings around the hand bars were black like mold.
Very gracious staff all shifts. Made our stay as comfortable as possible. We were there due to mold issues in our house and we had to relocate quickly, Labquinta was our 3rd hotel and the best!
I thought the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Had a few loud late night guests which wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Overall a good 3 night stay for the price!

The coffee pot spilled over water. Didnt work. The water in the bathroom dripped all night.

Rooms are average but clean. Upon check-in we were shocked when we entered our room to find it was already occupied by another guest. The room situation was resolved but we are now skeptical of staying here in the future.
The highway makes it loud and someone called our room at 11pm from the front desk asking if “Lakeisha” was in me and my husband’s room.m - it was very strange. However, the staff and room were really friendly and clean. They even let us extend our check-out by an hour. Great place to stay if you want to do a hot air balloon ride in Temecula.

The rooms where not bad the beds where nice. The shower was dirty when i got there but as soon as i told them they fixed it. All door plates where damaged and inop. Breakfast was low buget low quality. But better then most for the price.

I enjoyed the hot tub but I smacked my face into the side light window to the left of the rear exit going out to the pool. Please put a sticker on that window so other people do not smack into the window too. My reading glasses cut my nose but I will recover soon.

The tub floor was marred with dark dirt like stains. cracks along the walls and scrapes that could easily be repaired. carpet had crumbs. Tub and shower fixtures old and leaky. even the light switch and outlet cover plates are old plastic yellow. For a $200 plus cost for one night? The night manager was advised of the bathroom conditions and did respond to accommodate me with a slightly cleaner bathroom but I won't be coming back.

Comfortable room, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator was nice. Great price ! Only one complaint, our room had a super loud air conditioner. Had to be adjusted many times throughout the night. Finally had to shut it off!

The property needs renovation in the rooms. The bathrooms are old and floors were dirty with lots of spots. I remember going there and it being one of the cleanest hotels in Temecula.

The window was broken, didn’t lock, the screen was off the window, the ac didn’t work, the faucet knob in the shower wasn’t on. It was broken off to the side. Staff was friendly but I’ll never stay again.
