La Quinta in Temecula
Posted Jan 3, 2013
Pros: Checking out
Cons: Cleanliness, room temperature, and the staff needs to get public relations training.
Location: There is a Starbucks as well as a subway that serves awesome breakfast. I would recommend going that route, the breakfast in La quinta was terrible.
I think to start if they had a mannequin sitting at the front desk, I would have gotten a warmer welcome then I did with the Zombie that was working when I arrived and departed. But that was the least of my worries, the room was at sauna worthy temperatures when i opened the door, and it smelled as though someone had defecated on the floor in the bathroom only minutes before I opened the door. For almost having payed $200.00 for one night, I thought that La Quintas quality of service would have been a lot higher than it was. As much of a disappointment my stay was, It was a great lesson on were not to stay whenever I visit Temecula. I hope they change their standard soon, and live up to the level that individuals are paying for.

Some don't like it hot
Posted Jan 29, 2013
Pros: Dog friendly
Cons: Air conditioner didn't work well
Location: Freeway noise
The air conditioner only works for 15 minutes at a time. I was there in March when it was only in the high 70's and I was uncomfortably hot all night. They are one of the only hotels who allow dogs so we were stuck staying here.

Comfortable - Could Be Cleaner
Posted Jan 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very easy access off the 15 freeway, however it is tucked away behind retail stores and not completely visible from the street (look for the Quality Inn sign - it's next door). Although the bed was very comfortable and everything looked presentable and clean, there were some odd stains on the pillow case and sheet of one bed, mystery sticky, orange substance on the remote control and the room service menu was REALLY sticky and had another mystery substance on it. But for the price, this is a good find.

Great Service - Very Clean :-) / Noisy :-(
Posted Jan 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
1st, great to find a pet friendly hotel. Asthetics were very modern & nice, breakfast was great. Service of the personell was great! Cleanliness and Comfort were great EXCEPT NOISE. The AC was very noisy and the walls were thin. I will try another place if Pet Friendly is avail, otherwise I will not have problem staying here again. I will just be prepared with ear plugs. RECOMMENDATION - To improve pet friendliness, the hotel could include designated pet 'restroom' grass outside with poopy bags. That would be awesome!! We enjoyed the place with exception of noise.

Hidden Jewel

It takes a bit of effort to locate the Inn as it's in the back of a strip mall. Despite close to the I-15, it is quiet, clean and comfortable. La Quinta earns bonus stars for being pet friendly. It is convenient to many shops and restaurants plus an easy drive to Old Town Temecula and the wineries. It's also an easy drive to the Cahuilla Creek Motocross park.

overnite stay
Posted Jan 18, 2013
Pros: Continental breakfast
Cons: bathroom
Location: The hotel is located walking distance from some good restaurants and a Starbucks.
The general appearance of the hotel was fine. However, one of our comforters was dirty and when you take a shower, the pipe under the sink leaked perfusely. Staff was nice. They offered to move us to another room however we declined because the leak wasn't discovered until after midnight and we were only staying one night.

Cons: There is some slight road noise and the Wi Fi had some drops
Great Place. Stay here. Short distance from wineries and the casino.
