They didn’t have our room ready at check in time we waited 1/2 hour in our car . Someone getting sick in the lobby. Gang bangers in the parking lot .blood and stains on the sheets . The floors were very dirty . Water ready to break thru the paint in the ceiling. No screen on the bathroom window . No covers for the ceiling vent in the bathroom. Toilet set was broken . Holds thru the front door . The whole place is in disrepair. And I have pictures of everything. The worst place I have ever stayed !!!!! Would you like to see the pictures

This was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. we had to switch rooms 3 times to find one that was clean enough to sleep in and there was no hot water. this place is disgusting never stay here.

My stay was canceled a few hours before check in found this unprofessional, inconvenient, and was not given a comparable stay. Had to search myself for a new location and ended up in a very questionable place.

It looks like homeless people live here on the first day there was the Sheriffs there arresting someone the second day there was a bunch of stuff under the stairs looked like a homeless person was moving out and every night when i came back there was people hanging out scary

Avoid this place
Our stay was awful. No fitted sheet on the mattress (just two flat sheets, a quilt and a mattress pad). There was something brown that looked and smelled like vomit crusted to the mattress pad. The new pad they gave us was too small (still no sheet). Had it not been so late at night we would have left immediately and stayed elsewhere. I’m still waiting to hear back about a refund.

As a 36 year owner of a janitorial service, we were ok with the condition of the facility's considering the Cost of the room. However, our main problem was with the lack of Hot Water in the shower, which could only be classified as TEPID at best.

The most disgusting lodging I’ve ever seen. Stayed less than an hour, tried taking my kids to the hot tub, but it was broken… much like the rest of the facility. Paint in the room was peeling off the walls. No blankets on the beds, shady people wandering around, dirty floors and bathroom, and family didn’t feel safe. When we left, I asked for a refund, and the front desk told me there was a “5 minute rule” I had to follow to get my money back. Can’t believe this is a franchise that is allowed to operate.

Absolutely dirty. My children walked on the floor barefoot for 5 minutes and their feet were black. Needed to wear shoes the whole time we were in the room. Horrible smell, needed to wash everything we brought with us.

Unpleasant stay at Quality Inn Fallbrook
This hotel was not very clean and it didn’t feel safe as many people hanging around outside and in the lobby after dark. The bath towels were stained and looked dirty. The carpet through out the place was dirty. A very unpleasant stay. I would not stay ever again.

We arrived at the hotel there is no towel at the room, no dryer no curtain shower and the pillow is just two and it’s not comfortable. Customer service is not helpful. The breakfast is not good too. Overall we don’t like this place I will never come back.

One positive: the coldest hotel refrigerator I have ever used. On the downside, the room itself had no Kleenex, bare metal wall by the door security lock, TV would not shut off at night until I set the timer, then would not turn on in the AM. No carpet, thus felt bleak and barren. The bedside lamp was rusted. booked purely for location

This place is a dump and would not stay there again if it was free. The room was dirty, the pool was the same, and the staff was either smoking out front or in their pajamas. This place needs demolished and rebuilt.

I don’t write to many reviews nor am I that picky, I understand some business have rough days and give the benefit of doubt, but this was honestly the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in 20. Rooms are very dirty, property felt very unsafe. This hotel needs a major facelift not just in the rooms but on property. Looks like homeless is living in parking structure, I was with my family of 4 and barely slept with a feeling of insecurity for them and even my truck in the parking lot. Very trashy place will not be staying again.

Front desk staff did not even smile and she was sleeping with head down at front desk. Very dated motel and felt dirty. Mini Fridge inside our room made a buzzing sound all night, lamp shade had stain, pillows were half the size of standard pillow, bathroom dated, there was dust everywhere and people staying there looked questionable, we were told our room was not able to log in to wifi so it never worked! NEVER NEVER AGAIN STAYING HERE. I barely slept! I cringe remembering all this!!

Rude and Unfriendly staff. From the moment we arrived i knew this place was bad news. Sheriff officer was in the Parking lot looking through vehicles. Staff was rude both at check in and when we requested more pillows and towels. Would not recommend. Pay a little more and get and Air B and B if you need to stay in the Area.
