There were no full size towels when I checked into my room. Requested them in person at the front desk and was told they’d bring some. Waiting about 1.5 hours for them until I couldn’t wait anymore or else I’d be late to a rehearsal dinner. The next day I ended up having to call 3 separate times to get the towels or else I would have been late to the actual wedding. Took them about 2 hours to bring some. There were these short thick black hairs in the shower. I have dirty blonde hair so they weren’t mine. Ended up checking out a day early. Staff was alright. Didn’t ask about my stay or why I was leaving early. Went to a friends house in Huntington Beach instead. Kinda pricey for this type of place. Pool and jacuzzi closed, caution taped off. I prob won’t be coming back.

Front desk Christine was rude and wouldnt accommodate as much as i asked if i can CHECK in a bit early due to my up coming plans. I asked the hosuse keeper on my way out if any room was available to check-in she said there was a few rooms avaiable. This was my 3rd time staying here and always had a great experience. Never had a issue. They've accomodate a bit early check-in 1 time. Christine was a LIAR AND REALLY rude!! SHE JUST WOULDN'T HELP!!!! I hate tonsay but i wount stay there if that rude lady still works there.

Very close to freeway and the room doors had big gaps so the sound came in a lot. Room was ok. Shower valve was plumbed reversed. (Personal pet peeve). Nick at the front desk was great. No protein at breakfast.

Very cute and comfortable. Room looked small but definitely was not and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Wish I, we could have had the breakfast unfortunately I did not know there was a time frame. Other than that I would definitely come back.

Surprised, Signature Temecula was a very well kept up hotel with a very reasonable price. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly. We really enjoyed our 1 night and would so stay there agian.

Overall, for the price its pretty hard to beat. Its not the Hilton, but also its not the Hilton's price either. The rooms were clean and updated nicely. It even felt bigger than expected. The staff were kind and courteous for check in and check out. We didn't take advantage of the Continental breakfast, but the fact that one was even offered at this orice was great!

Everything is simple about the property. The breakfast time is 7-9am, but still 8:30, they run out of food. Nobody refilling it. They should have more selection .The hot water is not even clear.

Great pricing and convenient to go wineries or Old Temecula. Only thing was that the towels in the bathroom wasn’t really clean.
