“Tried and not true”
Decided to try this hotel as I come to Fallbrook a few times a year to visit family. But this place was gross. It was old and run down with bad mattresses, old towels and sheets, peeling paint. It was unclean and the breakfast was unappetizing. Expensive compared to the other motel with new ammenities. It is also very noisy. Will not go back.
“Stay elsewhere”
Fallbrook does not have many hotels to offer and we stayed at Rodeway Inn because we have not been disappointed at other locations but, this location was very disappointing. The next vacation we will sacrifice the convenience of the location and stay in Temecula.
“Requested non-smoking, but they gave me smoking”
My request was non-smoking, but they said it was smoking request. If I want to change it to non-smoking, it would cost $5 more. We were very sick because of heave smoke smell in the room. You should honor the request of your customer.
