The reservation was denied by the front desk at check in. They said our name wasn’t on the reservation. When the rep from Expedia called the property shortly after, they didn’t pick up the phone. Customer service is nonexistent. I don’t recommend staying at this property.

The room was big and spacious. It was a nice place to relax and recharge. I liked being able to walk to places to eat and the grocery store. The person at the front desk was kind and answered all my questions. Thank you!

This place was nicer than expected because I set my expectations so low based on other's reviews. The sound insulation made it so we could hear our neighbors pretty clearly, especially late at night. My fiancé noticed a small squiggly hair on his towel, but mine seemed clean. There are significant damages to the place when we arrived so we took pictures to ensure that we get our $100 damage deposit back. The bed was decently firm, but better than a saggy, old bed! The coffee was one of the worst and wateriest we've ever had lol. Other than these complaints, the stay was better than expected. If you're looking for a budget friendly place and not expecting much bells and whistles, then this is the place for you!

As a local Fallbrook resident, I was forced to stay in a hotel because of plumbing problems in my current apartment. I desperately wanted and needed to take a nice hot bath!!! So I get to my room and what do I find??? No plug for the bathtub!!! Also, after I turned on the TV, it wouldn't work!!! I pushed every single button on the remote and it wouldn't connect!!! Because of this, I had to take another trip back to my apartment to get a plug for the bathtub and a radio to listen to some music. Under the circumstances, I deserve a discount on my room. At no time did the innkeeper call my room to ask me if I needed anything. Poor service!!!

Dirty, broken down, room only half of which had electricity and most of which had water damage marks the room was poorly maintained by management to save a nickle who just painted over the cracks and mold. He was rude from the start more concerned about talking on his cell phone then greeting the line of guest and when the dirt mold and broken fixtures was brought up he immediately got argumentative. The owners need to tell him to find work else where. 0 stars

I chose this property specifically because it is supposed to have a hot tub. Once i was checked in i went up to the pool area only to find the hot tub jets would not turn on. I stuck my foot in to find it ICE COLD. Obviously this hot tub had not had hot water in it for quite some time. When i went back to the front desk and inquired about it, i was told, "Oh the hot tub is broken." So i told him that was the main reason i chose this property. He said, "Sorry." No explanation, no asking if they could make it up to me. Nothing. You should change the picture of the property that shows the jacuzzi with jets running and steam coming off the water.

This place was absolute garbage. Woke up in the middle of the night to some guy from the other room screaming at the top of his lungs at his girlfriend and whatever else was going on over there. Then after we left, we STILL haven’t gotten our deposit back. We left the room emaculate. The owner said he already released it but my bank said it’s on them. He is beyond rude (the owner)

Not so great.
The staff was friendly and efficient; however, the overall stay was ruined after random people (possibly staying here as well) continued to knock next door at all times of the day and for about 15 minutes, pounded on our door. This didn’t make me feel safe and seemed pretty sketchy. Would not stay here again, did not feel comfortable. Room smelt like cigarettes and the towels had stains. Floor was dirty and had stains on it as well.

Got there for a wedding and we knew that it was one of the cheaper options so we knew what to expect, arrived early and it was a $10 early check in which is reasonable. I needed to shower before and get ready as my wife had gotten ready prior, no hot water, which isnt really a problem for me but i knew it would be for my wife when we returned. Contemplated finding another hotel but time would not have allowed. When we returned hot water was restored. For the price I believe it was good overall so long as you know what to expect, its not a 5 star resort. When we left we had had a good breakfast at the restaurant next door, while we were dining we recieved a call that we had left our pillows, which was nice because we were next door and were able ro retrieve our pillows no problem. Owners/Staff were nice and friendly. Booked the wrong daye through hotels.com and they were not agreeable to switch dates so that sucked but it was my mistake so while not ideal I understood.

This is probably one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The room was really disappointing. It evident that the room has been neglected. Some of the light bulbs don’t work. The bed was really uncomfortable, one person would get up and it would move the whole bed. Maybe the mattress is old and poor quality. The area where the toilet seat connects to the toilet was filthy. The shower wouldn’t stop leaking, and the stain on the tub makes me wonder if it isn’t properly cleaned. The shower curtain rod is installed too far from the tub so the water spills when showering. I want my money back. I Can provide pictures for what I’m referring to.
