Pros: clean and quiet
Location: was about 6 milles from the main hwy .
we satay here just to sleep , the room was nice and clean the few contact that we have with the personal of the hotel nice ,a good place to stay

First Stay

Pros: The room did smell fresh and seemed clean. The complimentary breakfast was nice.
Cons: The bathtub did fasten or close to hold water. I had to stuff a wash cloth in the drain in order to fill it. The jacuzzi water was not hot enough.
Location: More off the beaten path of what I needed to have as far as location of why I chose to stay there.
The person at the registration desk at check in was less than accommodating. My room was secured and paid for by my mother and I do not have an active credit card to use as an imprint, therefore I was somewhat hassled about it and made to feel uncomfortable.

Pros: The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
My only complaint was the shower nozzle didn't work properly. Could only get extremely hot water or real cold water, was not able to adjust it to get warm water. Taking a shower was not a pleasant experience.

All and all a satisfying stay.

Pros: Price and cleanliness.
Cons: Mattresses may need to be change in the future.
Location: Everything was said up above.
First the obvious, it's not close to the beach or a very fancy high-end hotel ; but, the price was reasonable and it was very comfortable. Sometimes, simple is best. Room was very clean, had no problems, staff was very helpful ; especially with my mother whose visually impaired, and the hotel was near local places such as the Public library, Albertson's grocery store, and M c Donald's. The only negatives were that the pool was close down to maintenance and the mattresses may need to be switched out.

Friendly and very helpful personnel. Very quiet sleep no outside noises or from 2nd level,being on 1st. Website stated continental brkfst,disappointed they hd none because of city regulations. Will return f I ever nd a place 2 stay when n area again.

The staff aren't too polite. The room was nice but 1 of the lamps was not functional, the wifi is terrible. Absolutely no Signal in the area. I havr LTE and my phone constantly went to 3G and Roaming.

Cons: Wider selection of breakfast items (eggs, bacon, etc) would make it a 5 star rating.
Very comfortable stay here in Fallbrook. Spacious, quiet rooms. New, comfortable beds, and an accommodating, welcoming staff make for a great experience. Highly recommended.

Awful place to be.

Cons: Any charges should be explicitly addressed at reservation.
Location: Antique shops
When I booked my reservation, I requested a non-smoking room and that I can bring my 2 small dogs. When I checked in I needed to pay $50 extra for the dogs. I was very upset because I stayed at friendly pets hotel before and I was never charge extra for them. The staff knew that I have no where else to go, no consideration and took advantage of my situation.
