“So relaxing”

Room was beautiful and relaxing. Bed was fantastically comfortable and I had no desire to leave it , except to take a Bath in the fantastic tub, or shower in the dual shower. Complimentary wine and tastings were fantastic.

“can't wait to go back”

We celebrated our 20th anniversary and it was wonderful. the place is set for complete relaxasion. we love the villa and the restaurant. our villa was a little dusty and the t.v. is set in an area where is hard to see from the bed or sofa. Everyone there was nice and friendly. We are definetly going back to spend a night or two, and do some wine tasting.

“Wonderful location in Temecula Wine County”

The room and hotel were wonderful. This was our third stay it the room and service was fabulous. Did not use the spa, or the pool given the weather, but the grounds were beautiful and well maintained as in previous years. The weekend is very busy in the wine tasting area, but the servers are patient with all. Definitely my choice of where to stay in Temecula!

“Nice, but Poorly Managed”

Not much to say. Management clearly doesn't have a handle on their property. Restaurant: Overpriced / Food good, but not great / Waiter pushy / Entrance extremely difficult to find at night, for first time guests. No signs. Room: Spacious, Clean, but pricey Staff: Pleasant, but uninformed. No "go to" person. Lots of guessing or let me find out...and no response. Grounds: Beautiful and well kept. Parking: Right outside your room. View: Very nice Summary: A good deal, if heavily discounted. Never pay full price.

Area recommendations

Stay at a B & B, at one of the smaller wineries. They will appreciate your business more. We have already found one for our next trip to the wine region.

“I give this resort a 4.5 star. Service was really nice, staff was flexible and understanding.”

Pros Flexible staff... Complimentary wine tasting was fun and educational... much more relaed than I thought it would be. Just fun. The villa room was great. I noticed a lamp was operational but not in good repair. I reported it but it didn't get fixed. 3 bulbs were out in the chandelier... I reported it, but it was not fixed before we left. The front desk said they would send someone that day... not really sure what happened. The room was well worth the price. We went off season. The location was great... next to the pool, we had lots of privacy... spent time in the hot tub. The decor of the room was impressive. I liked the way the vineyard comes right up to the villas. We will be going back... it was better in value than other places in comparison. Overall I loved it. Felt relaxed.

Although the restuarant there looked amazing and I am pretty sure they had premiere chefs about. I didn't want to spend so much money on food and found that their were many other options within a few miles. i like the options.

“Delightful”

The ambiance was delightful, the spa-relaxing, the people-kind. The villas were lovely, especially the seating outside on the little, secluded patio surrounded by flowers and bushes. My only issue was the tattering of some of the cushions and the bed that clearly needed replacing as indicated by the two dips on either side. The wonderful massage I received at the spa was rendered useless following a night's sleep on the uneven mattress.
