Pros: Stated above.
Location: Temecula wine country. The Promenade mall. Plenty of restaurants. Pachenga casino. All are very close.
Walls/floors are thin. I requested a quite area so they stuck me on the first floor in a corner down the hall from the lobby. That was fine... it was the people that were directly above me that were noisy. We're given earplugs due to the persons above me excessivly stomping across the floor after 10 PM. They supposedly called the room above me to tell them to cut it out. The noise did stop or maybe it was the earplugs. The decor is outdated. I love the color green but the rooms are ugly. I did love the three-head showers though. Bed was a little firm. Pillows nice. Bring your own snacks/drinks; they are expensive at the little market located next to the front desk. Coffee is available around the clock. Breakfast was decent. They have a lounge area that's adjacent to the front desk. Folks are always hanging out there. Plenty of cable channels. Good customer service at the desk.

Horrible experience

Cons: Better customer service--Complete return of all monies paid for all unhealthy and deplorable room conditions.
I would rate this 3+ star hotel with a "0" if it were possible. As soon as we checked into our room about 3:00 pm, we discovered that the toilet would not flush. We called the desk immediately to report the problem. About 20 mins later, a young man arrived with a plunger. We did not believe that the problem was resolved. When we voiced this concern, we were assured that someone would be dispatched immediately to plunge the toilet again. No offer was made to change our room assignment, although it was certainly early enough to have done so. We were late for an engagement, so we left. Upon our return, the toilet still did not flush. We called the desk to report the problem and the desk clerk said she would be over to discuss/resolve the problem. It was nearly an hour (and another reminder call from us) before the desk clerk arrived. She plunged and unplugged the toilet again. She said that she was leaving the plunger for us to use again if needed for the remainder of our stay, or we could use the guest toilet located down the hall. The plunger she left was in a plastic bag that visibly contained dirty water and fecal matter. We asked to speak to the hotel manager and were assured that the manager would contact us. The next day we were told that the manager was not available. We left messages for the manager, but it is clear that the matter is not important as we still have not received a return call. Totally unacceptable customer service.

Great hotel with fantastic free amentities

Staff was wonderful. Fantastic free amenities such as complete breakfast, happy hour, newspaper, wireless, pool, exercise room, computers, etc. Great location and convenient to all Temecula activities. With no negative reflection on this facility's present management and staff, the room arrangement is rather strange. The partitioned work-social area and sleeping areas are great. I can rationale placement of these when I think about it however, I like my couch, work nearer a window. Also, as reflected in other comments, bathroom facilities rather strange. Certainly, the toilet area needs a sound proof door. Would be interesting to know who designed this and why.

Nice rooms with upgraded features

Pros: Comfort and accessibility.
Location: Wine country, Old Town Temecula, Mall, Pechanga Casino,
The room was ideal for 2 as a last minute stay over. The shower had and overhead as well as 2 lower shower heads for back comfort. The doors to the shower and toilet areas were unique privacy glass and wood design that were outside hanging sliding doors. The glass between the desk and bead are tended to raddle as one walked, but not a real issue. The easy moving end table and couch tables were ideal. Overall a pleasant stay.

The staff took a very long time for tc remote and the pool is completely in shade all afternoon. Otherwise I thought the room was very nice, breakfast was good, and staff was friendly.

Pros: Staff was friendly, room was very clean. Seating area was nice.
Cons: Internet connectivity.
The hotel was fine for a short trip. However, the internet connection speed was a complete joke, and made work absolutely impossible. I had to go elsewhere in order to get anything done. Had I known this, I never would have booked this hotel. Multiple devices over multiple days and the result was always the same. Also worthy of note is that every time I wanted to turn the television on I had to physically go behind it and jiggle cables. Staying on the third floor, the hot water was also very slow to arrive. I have stayed at other hotels in the area, paid less, and had a better experience. But the decor was nice and the room was clean. I did not have a chance to sample the free breakfast.

High quality hotel at a reasonable price

Pros: Quiet... I was looking for sleep after some veru log and odd work hours.
The staff was excellent. They handled my only issue quicky and professionally.
